It should be highlighted in the listing that this facility doesn't come with supplies typically available at a hotel. There was no soap or something to hold drinking water in (like a disposable cup). This is understandable given its extended stay focus that a traveler would bring their own things, but we arrived late, and it was the only available reasonably rated option. It would have been helpful if we had been advised in advance.

Rooms need upgrades like carpet and paint but it wasnt dirty. Just appeared outdated

1) room stunk: one or two of my pillows smelled like dirty hair and cheap cologne, but visually appeared clean. 2) Cutting corners to save money compromises my sense of security: new procedure of not staffing the front desk after hours which means no one greets you if you’re returning from a late night; if your key card doesn’t work upon late night arrival, you have to use the newly installed wall phone…not safe at all. One evening I witnessed a tense interaction with the front desk staff and a woman with a man who appeared to be trying to bully the staff into giving them a room….had staff not been present and/or if my card key didn’t work, what recourse or security would I have had if I encountered those people upon my late night return?

1) Familiarity: I’ve stayed at this location many times. 2) very quiet room 3) bath/shower and sink appeared very new, with WORKING drain stopper, and nice shower head

It was a big disappointment and false advertisement. They make you think you can cook but you have to buy the pots pans and utensils

It was comfortable and clean but we expected to be able to cook with a kitchen but there were no pots and pans plates or utensils. You could buy them for 40$😂

Did not bother me one bit, but some people might not be okay with the breakfast options! Others might expect more when choosing place that says “breakfast included”!

There were no soaps in the room, I had to request from the front desk. There were no silverware/dishes/pans in the room, they have to be requested from the desk. This wasn't a huge deal for my stay, but I found it odd considering that is a perk of an Extended Stay hotel. The breakfast was dismal, tiny packaged muffins and granola bars. The beds seemed small for a queen, but I did not have a measuring tape to verify them.

Check-in was smooth and quick, only took about 5 minutes. The room was spacious and clean. The internet access was easy to set-up. The location was convenient for my trip and I will likely stay here again.

The room when I booked said 2 queen beds, but thier queen beds look like twinXL Was very noisy with the people across the hall going outside to smoke all hours of the night and at 630am 2 guys were remodeling a room 1 door down across the hall making all kinds of noise on a Sunday no less And glued wall floor trim on it with a fan blowing in to dry it. The smell was horrible. And they sat on buckets in the hall speaking loudly to each other I went out to desk to ask for a manager but I was told that there was no manager on the site yet. I left at 10:45am and there still wasn't a manager.

The manager upgraded our room because my granddaughter didn't like 1 first room.

Only coffee, snacks, maybe muffins I saw one, we had breakfast at village inn. At least the cost to stay one night was half the cost of baymont inn.

Front desk asked for $$ to hold for incidentals. There was no area visible or otherwise to even purchase anything. Not sure what the money for hold was about.

Price was good for the room. Although the sheets were rather thin, but at least everything was clean.

the breakfast wasn’t what I thought it would’ve been. Just coffee and muffin, I probably won’t stay here again due to that. I’d like to had a bigger choice.

Breakfast --- not what we expected for the extra costs Staff was minimally helpful at checkout Room was ok, though parking lot was directly outside window, so you could hear everything Bathroom was accessible, but layout of toilet and sink would make it much harder to transfer from wheelchair to toilet

I am quite disappointed by the fact that booking a stay for SOMEONE ELSE did not fully translate through the site. While my Email confirmation was spot on—had my husband's name as the Guest, my "Special Requests" noted that the Reservation was for him, and that he would need a receipt—Front Desk Staff gave my husband a very hard time about paying and getting said receipt since their records only showed MY name as the Guest.

I booked this room for my husband's business trip. The location of Extended Stay America Suites - Springfield - South was very good for his purposes. He enjoyed the light breakfast snacks, too.
