The room was filthy. The room was not swept or mopped before getting there. No carpet in the room. Tile floor through out the room. Dead cockroaches in the bathroom under the sink. Tables, desk and dressers were very dirty. Still had spills from the previous resident. The light on the left side of the bed had no light bulb. No coffee pot in the room. Sheets and blankets had small holes in them. Because of this cigarette burns. Very uncomfortable couch / hideaway bed.

The heater worked great! Because it was 9°F in morning. All the appliances worked. The TV worked. No bed bugs that I could see. No living cockroaches that we could see. Clean towels and wash cloths. Clean sheets.

Rude staff and smell of rooms .And the elevator smelled of urine. The land scape was covered in dog feces. Got a loud knock at 1030 to be asked if was checking..

Location was good.. The staff was rude 😒 and the cleanliness that was promoted wasn't what I got.. Breakfast was especially terrible, I understand social distance is at hand but the presentation was horrible.

Odor in the room. New carpets needed. Definitely!!! 1st floor smells nicer, so it was a bit deceiving as I walked in to my room on the second floor to get welcomed by the smell of urine. So that was great. Knowingly, check out is at 11. I get a knock twice ay my door at 1030 and was asked if I was checking out already? Haha okaayyyy, as if I had planned to stay there all week. No Karen, I wanted to leave Tulsa as fast as possible TRUST me. But thank you for the pleasant reminder. Glad I had my door locked as I was changing. Needless to say I had a great time until that. Thanks for the pleasant reminder ladies. And very sweet attitude. The housekeeper was sweet though, truthfully.

They advertised that they had a pool but it was filled with dirt and not open. They also advertised continental breakfast which they did not provide.

It was clean and quiet for the most part. They accepted dogs! The clerk was very helpful and all the guests we met were nice as well.

I came here due to price, location and availability. I needed to extend my stay when there were not many rooms available in town. At nearly midnight, a night clerk from another location helped work out my reservation and payment Thank you.

Everything needs to be readjusted and new management is needed. If the person in the front desk does not have technical skills in entering my information and is required to call someone to speak in another language and have the daughter translate over the phone is very unprofessional. The daughter Bridget, comes out after I requested my refund in her sleeping attire presenting we are in the wrong. Not true. My uncles and my dad who I drove down 12 hours from Minnesota to Oklahoma for a funeral for the weekend. The disrespect from the two woman may have cause health issues to my elderlies for the way everyone was treated. If you do not respond to my request for refund with 24 hours. You will receive a phone call regarding about the damaging incident.

Nothing was to like about this sleeping establishment. The front desk woman kept calling someone on the phone to communicate with me about my rooms. Which I thought was odd, but I continue to comply. They charged me for a $50 deposit which the front desk woman had said my rooms were ready. Which they were not. She told me this after I paid for the deposit which I would never do until I am accommodated for my reservations. I have nothing to like about this sleeping establishment.

Hotel is in dire need of renovations, very old dirty drapes, rugs, carpets bed linen fixtures and appliances. I saw a few roaches crawling in shower and kitchen. Also its always groups of people hanging around in the front of the building that look like their into shady bussiness. Stay away from this hotel

There were roaches in our room. There were a couple of people fighting in the lobby that looked like it may turn physical, people milling around outside on property who were obviously high on drugs and inside hotel. My wife did not feel safe.

I stayed in 221 I'm still here it's exceptionally clean and the staff has been so helpful and any problems we've had is quick to help which hasn't really been any and then the main manager here is so sweet she helps us so much I would rate I would recommend it until anybody I came from woodsprings which was a horrible place at 31st and Sherry and I do not recommend that the managers Atwood springs were awful and kick us out I think for me and gay here they're so accepting and sweet we love it here

the staff is amazing I had issues with my booking agency and the manager was so calm and sweet ... much sweeter than I could have remained!!! I orginally planned to just be here 3 days and go to another location because I'm not a fan of the area but this facility along with the staff has gotten me to stay here about 3 weeks

had such a horrible experience checking in & then I was given keys to a room that was occupied after having the keys made a second time. almost had an anxiety attack trying to resolve an issue between the hotel and booking.com payment system. i was treated like a thief & hotel employee initially was extremely rude in front of other people waiting in the lobby. i felt ashamed & near tears before she realized I was not lying about my room being paid for already on the app.
