We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaBreakfast was only sweet granola bars and muffins with soy in them, which my daughter is allergic to. I just wanted to mention it for anyone watching their sugar or has allergies. No decaf coffee option either. I like coffee, but I can't have caffeine. Dishes could've been cleaner when we got them, so make sure you ask for some soap.
It was a great room for the price. Plenty of space and comfortable beds for our family. I love having a kitchen, because we usually have to bring our own food to eat due to allergies.

United States of AmericaThe room was nasty, and there were a lot of issues with the floor coming up by the tub in the restroom. The rugs as well, and it smelled like either mold during business hours, then as soon as certain office people left, all you could smell was Marijuana then you call in and all they tell you is that the smell has been verified to be from a room that burns sent candles!!! I had to get another place for the remainder of my stay

United States of Americawhen we checked in the fridge in our room wouldn’t shut, it had a little space and didn’t stay cold. we told the front desk right away, we were hoping they would switch our room but we stayed in that room the whole time. the fridge was one of the main reasons we stayed here. we ended up having to prop a chair to keep our groceries cold. also the towel rack in the bathroom was literally hanging by one side but we were able to stick it back to how it was supposed to be. upstairs neighbors were very loud but we were still able so sleep so we didn’t complain.
had exactly what we needed. good location. staff was friendly, coffee was good.

The staff seemed “uninterested “ in my complaints.

Only muffins, granola bars offered for breakfast. Old popsicles left in freezer. Refrigerator had sticky stain inside that could have been cleaned with a little effort. Rusted electric stove burners, extremely poor lighting, stained carpeting, a curtain for clothes closet door & child's plastic clothes hangers offered. Walls painted dark, dingy color.

GermanyWe had booked the hotel for seven days and expected the kitchen to be equipped like described on the contract, this was not the case. We had to ask on the reception to get these things but we were told they didn't have the toaster, no pot and no hair dryer and they couldn't do anything about it. We had to call the 800 number of the Extended Stay and complain about this situation. The next day we received these items. The rest of kitchen items were also in very limited number. We were told this is due to Corona but other hotels handle in much better way.

United States of AmericaWe were there for 5 nights and had to get our room keys rekeyed 3 times. Also, the laundry door wouldn't work 90% of the time with our keys and staff keys. They had to shut the water off on day while we were there. All in all, not a convenient stay.
