They had no breakfast. They gave mini-muffins and oatmeal packets. They made Coffee one pot at a time so we were always waiting. There was no breakfast area. Room was not ready when we got there. Room and building were clean but very dated.

Staff was nice. Room was not ready when we got there, but because we verified the room with the manager in the morning, she was able to get us one.

Bathroom door was wrong size for the frame and would not close at all! It would nice to have more than one office chair.

Nice to have a fridge and freezer and microwave. Bed was comfortable. Floors were nicely done.

There was no one at the desk when we came and we waited quite awhile. Our room had no chair; they eventually brought one. We didn't have enough towels/washcloths for the number of people in our group; but we're told that towels were only given out on Mondays/Fridays. The doors slammed loudly early and late. We asked for kitchen supplies; but they were completely out of coffee makers, etc. The facility was full; but they should have added staff. They couldn't keep up with breakfast.

It was clean and adequate, for the most part. The price was good.

I didn't like the roaches and my tub was peeling at the bottom. So I didn't feel comfortable enough to take a bath. The later it got the more roaches we seen so I wasn't able to sleep comfortable

The doors to the room wouldn't unlock, had to keep going back to the front desk for more keys. Kids above us were running all night long. The sink drains were slow draining. No breakfast at all even the grab and go breakfast was not delivered.

I had paid for a double bed. But when my family and I arrived the motel told me they only had single beds left. So for two days we had to stay in a single room. I was frustrated. The next morning I went down to talk to the employee who knew we were in a smaller room but no double rooms were available.

There was furniture missing in one of our booked rooms, but upon entering the facility the property was really bad. The elevator was very janky and completely stopped working after the first use. We were on the 3rd floor and had to walk up and down the stairs for three days. The entire hotel have this cigarette smell to it and we immediately had to run to walmart to get lysol because it felt unclean in the room. We also purchased car air freshener to put on the AC to get rid of the smell that lingered in the room. One of our rooms was completely missing an iron and a lamp. The AC in that room was not working properly either.

The AC worked great in one of the rooms we booked. The price was also good. The staff there were EXCELLENT.

There were roaches/bugs & other guests were fighty & banging on the walls… we didn’t get any rest while there.

The room that I booked did have bed bugs. I found one on my bed and I found another one inside my pillowcase ( since all 3 pillows & the cases were dirty and was not changed but covered with clean pillowcases and there was a smell on these pillowcases.) The third bed bug was found behind the bed board when it was pulled down.
