Our rooms needs to be hauled over. Vaneer on the bathroom door was coming off in a big way. The plumbing was leaking under the sink that left us w water alklver the bathroom floor and it started soaking into the carpet outside the bathroom.

Room refrigerator was not working properly. The alarm in the vacant next room started going off early in the morning. If you are in the room across from the ice maker, you will hear it with every use.

I was first put in a room that had not been cleaned since the last person. I was then given another room where the heat would not adjust. I had to turn it off because it was way to hot. The wake up call came an hour later. breakfast… the biscuits and gravy looked rewarmed from the day before. My socks got dirty from the carpet .

The “full breakfast” did not include eggs or meat. There was a waffle maker and biscuits with gravy but no eggs or meat. The room was “tired” with stripping loose around the coffee station, a large stain on one of the lamps, and missing veneer on the bathroom door (room 106).

The room was quiet and roomy. The staff was friendly and professional. Check in and check out was efficient. The room included all the amenities listed.

Toilet flushed very slowly. Had to flush 2 or 3 times. Could not adjust the temperature. Room was warm, difficult to sleep. Ice machine broke, no ice anywhere. Work out room closed down.

The shower almost scolded me because the temp controls would not stay in the temp wanted.

Parking lot not plowed, no hot food as listed for breakfast. No hot water in shower- just barely lukewarm. Some of the room lights didn’t work. The toilet barely flushed- you had to hold the flush button down for about 5-7 seconds to get enough water pressure to flush the toilet. The receptionist said she hadn’t had a day off since Monday ( this was Saturday).

Location great for us, close to the reason for our trip. Beds comfortable, heater quiet. The room had a microwave and a refrigerator which we really liked. Our room was nice and quiet. Room was clean.

The room could of been cleaner as far as the light switches and the phone were dirty. The cord on the hair dryer was really dirty. The faucet was discolored. Nobody was keeping after the breakfast area, not wiping down tables and keeping supplies stocked. There was an odor in the room, not quite right

no elevator…we were on the first floor but if you get a second floor room there is only a staircase. not good for the elderly. also there were guys hanging out of their second floor windows checking out the parking lot

Very dated property. Obviously a highway hotel. It did the job, but not the nicest place. Also, the area was under a tornado warning and when asked, the front desk staff didn’t know what we should do if a tornado hit the area. You’d think all hotels in Missouri would have a plan.

No elevator. Shower in room was broken 1st night and following day. Maintenance tried to repair but kept having issues with it. For a 3 night stay I felt management should’ve offered to change room.

The A/C unit was just blowing air & making it very humid in the room. I think it needs freeon or repairs. Also - the room smelled musty & moldy.

Beds could be updated…mattresses could be more comfortable. Train is loud if your not used to trains (not their fault.
