Keep in mind it’s right next to a highway so there’s a bit of noise pollution. Breakfast was kinda misleading. Breakfast is from 6am-9:30am. Breakfast consists of Granola bars, pre packaged Blueberry and Chocolate muffins, Oatmeal packets, Coffee, Tea bags, hot water (for tea), regular coffee sweetener and vanilla coffee sweetener.

Very Clean and Spacious rooms. Friendly Staff and a decent area. Serves breakfast.

The breakfast shouldn't be called breakfast - the only things offered were coffee and a few muesli bars. Friendly staff, but they are rarely at the reception, but at a back room. There is a bell to call them, but the bell doesn't seem to work. Room smelled a bit funny.

Very spacious room, great location right next to Wolfchase Galleria Mall. Nice outdoor pool. Great value.

Being an extended stay location (we stayed only one night) disappointed in not having the following available in the room. Blowndryer, coffee cups, coffee maker, etc.

Bed was comfortable and location was close to where we had plans.

We had sweet ants in our room that cause us to be uncomfortable but the staff was very attentive to the situation. The room was clean I’m not for sure where there ants came from in the room.

The location of the hotel was in a great area, everything was around the hotel far as food, shopping, and gas station. The staff was friendly and meet all my expectations.

I think the maintenance people for cleaning could have serviced better since you pay for service. Come by to the rooms at a certain time of day or week to pick up dirty towels and laundry, trash etc and go check on customers, greet customers. I witnessed a big cock roach in the room walking through check in having my two year old grandson with me that run across the floor fast and up on our clothing. I had no one to pick up laundry or trash, no silverware in room. I was told I have to take laundry to the front to get new clean. It to me is inconveniencing for your money. Down stairs a baby roach run up almost got on me.

Staff was so friendly, accommodating and nice. Especially a certain lady kept nice with everyone I needed help with a situation having loss my charger some place with a very busy two year old and staff let me use charger and keep to accommodate me which was so nice. I thought the male though seem pretty flirtatious with the women customers though honestly as they seem very flirtatious with him I know representatives have to be nice but there's a professional way I think should be more than personal. He was nice though and helped me out. This was good for me .

Even though the property was non-smoking you could smell evidence of smoke. Also I went down for breakfast at 7:30 and everything was gone. that was a little disappointing.

If breakfast lasted longer. Ace 30 morning when Levi is really wanted breakfast but on the weekends, we usually sleep in. We could’ve had breakfast if it was open till 10 which is one hour longer.

I was pleasantly surprised at my stay due to the fact, it was one of the lesser expensive hotels.

the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. I tossed and turned both nights I was there trying to get comfortable and nothing worked. I didn’t like that I didn’t have an oven. I brought a fire stick to hook up to the tv and it was such a hassle just trying to get to the back of the tv so I could plug it in.

I liked the location and that it had a stove so I could make myself food. the staff was super accommodating and so sweet about everything.

The cleanliness of the floors in the room and the breakfast.

The breakfast was lacking. We went to get coffee a few times and was always out. It was nore like an on the go breakfast. The location was good. Our over all experience was good for the most part but something was up with our carpets bc they were turning our socks and feet black and even though we stayed several days and disnt have room service while we were there our room always smelled of a wierd bleachy smell. We would stay again. It was decent for the money.
