I didn't have hot water the first 3 days when I reported it 3 days in a row I kept being told the maintenance would come check it and never did. I had to go to the office and force them to send someone up. Also had to request the room to be cleaned because nobody ever came on my so called scheduled day which was Monday. They came the next day when I had to track down maintenance. I was told by property manager the water doesn't get hot in any of the rooms only Luke warm. I was also quoted a price of 402 weekly and wasn't told until I went to check in it had $100 deposit also. Then I was quoted an entirely different price from the property after I had already paid $504 at check in. My phone in the room didn't work which I also reported to the office. They swaped the phone out and told me it only works for outgoing calls it wouldn't ring if someone wanted to call me. My window also didn't lock had to get maintenance to slam it to get it latched n locked. The internet was also a huge problem I couldn't even work because the strength was so low. Then half the channels didn't work on the TV. Needless to say I will never book there again.

The water was not hot enough. Not enough pressure for the shower. The air conditioning took hours to cool the room. The fridge froze my food that I had to throw away even on the recommended setting.

The property surroundings was littered with cigarettes butts and dirt including the walkway to the rooms. The microwave and sink were corroded.

Parking lots for vehicles are sufficient and well distributed around the property. The towels and bedding were clean and in good condition.

The Front desk person isn't in the office all the time, we were waiting for a while for someone to show up so we could check in. They need to improve in Housekeeping. Kitchen's sink was dirty, the blankets had holes, found a big hair in a pillowcase and the shower towels had hairs and not a clean smell, I'm not sure if they were cleaned/washed at all. The carpet had a 5 in burnt 🔥 spot, clearly hasn't been cleaned in a while, stinky smell in the entire room. The heater didn't work, only A/C.

The area was good, stores and restaurants around. Cheap for a night stay.

If I'm not mistaken, there is missing some discipline in the facility regarding some guests. Very noisy in the second floor, made by neighbors during the nights. There are some terrible kids in the facility that makes the guest look in windows and check what's really happening outside even in the daytime . No peace of mind.

The room and bed was nice but there were some Bugs and there was no cold water in the shower. I informed the reception in the second day but I didn't see the technician. I had hard time to take shower during my stay because the water was very hot.

It's location is convenient to a lot a stores and malls. it's a quiet spot. The staff is friendly and very helpful 😊

I got robbed for over 2000 dollars worth of. Belongings and it was there fault because the window literally slide open because they didn’t put locks on them and then me and my boyfriend got into a little argument and they kicked us out which is really none of their concern when we weren’t bothering anyone.

Renovation on going, poor access to front desk. High traffic volume on highway 6. Unable to access internet on my laptop. Bedroom windows was dirty. Bag with garbage in plants outside my 22nd floor window

The discounted price I got from booking.com. Bedroom was quiet. Large refrigerator and microwave in kitchenette.

The room overall was comfortable except the hot water only works between 11am-7pm. As long as you invest in your own pest deterrents and take out the trash the roaches won't eat your food.

I did appreciate the internet was fast and reliable.

The second room or should I say the other side of the property was a lil rub down but what really pisses me off is these scammers lied on me said I was smoking in my room when i didnt just so they could keep my deposit

The staff is very professional. and very kind. great customer service when l have any questions. Cleanliness of the room and property. Safety is important. I feel safe and stress free.
