The pool area wasn't well maintained, with some messy areas and a total lack of fresh towels. The pillows weren't to my liking, though that's really subjective.

The staff was friendly and helpful with local area info. The room was clean, the hot tub and shower were hot, and the breakfast was pretty good. I liked the quick ride to the airport.

I know it was Balloon Fiesta week, but the price was sky high for the little bit of time we stayed at the hotel (not even 12 hours). Fortunately, this was one of the least expensive hotels near the airport however we still paid almost $250 for the roughly 10 hours we were there.

We were lucky to grab the last room at this hotel when we learned that our flight had been changed to earlier in the day (and we'd missed it). The best part of the Sleep Inn was the staff, who were kind and sympathetic to our situation, especially Ashley who quickly came right over to the airport to pick us up in the hotel shuttle.

I asked the lady behind the counter how early the shuttle ran to the airport and she advised me that the shuttle did not run until 5am. So I told her I needed it for 4am. She never mentioned to me that she would make the shuttle available to me at 4am so I made arrangements with Uber to pick me up and take me to the airport. That cost me $40. I get a call at 3am from the front desk to advise me that the shuttle would take me to the airport at 4am. I had to advise the driver that I had contacted Uber to take me to the airport. No communication from the front desk. ☹️

Location to airport. Because of early checkout, staff prepare a to go breakfast of yogurt and fruit. Very nice.

No towels at the pool. Asked at front desk and was told they would bring some and I guess they forgot because we had to go all the way through the hotel to our rooms dripping water everywhere. Housekeeping starts knocking on doors at 9am when check out is 11. Rooms are very small. Unfriendly housekeeping staff.

Room was clean, we were close to ice machine and elevator. It was quiet and we slept well until housekeeping started knocking at 9am!

I asked to be put in a corner where there wasn't much noise because I worked nights, sometimes it was loud with people and dogs running down hall way. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay

Seems like our door was open and we could hear everyone walking & talking in the hallways. Thin walls, could hear a baby crying and momma getting upset. Someone had their TV on very loud.

The location of the hotel was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was available. Room was clean. I'm so glad there was an iron and board available.

The staff was sleep on the sofa when I arrived to check in... scared me to death. He was so confused when I arrived and I was confused if he worked there or not. I'm not mad at him, just have a bell chime on the door for arriving guest, problem solved.
