The front desk assistant (April) was very rude to us from the moment we arrived, there were problems with the reservation and she did not know how to explain anything to us about the cancellation, time and day. We spent more than 1 hour standing at the front desk trying to solve the problem to which she said that only her manager had access (she also came in the morning) finally we had to pay the reservation at the Hotel's price and not the one we already had cheaper.

Unfortunately we found our room less clean than we expected. The refrigerator and kitchen drawer needed cleaning. There was what very much appeared to be cat litter in the shower snd in the closet., The bedding and other linen were very clean but the room itself had not been prepped well for the next guest.,

The full kitchen and accessories available when requested enabled a much more comfortable stay.,

Carpet in the room had multiple stains and gave the appearance of being dirty. Bathroom sink needs repair.

The room was good size, and relatively modern. Had refrigerator and stove (which I did not use); cooking utensils had to be specifically requested and brought to room. Pet friendly and good area for "airing" dogs.

The rooms. The first room they gave us, 131. Was odorous. It was gut-wretching. The office chair had brown smudges on it and all that so we had to ask another room which was a lot better. I guess the rates are too expensive for what you get also.

Vending options in hotel were limited, and expensive. No complimentary breakfast. Only coffee/tea, granola bars, and muffins. No pool available. Thought an extended stay hotel would be a little better than this for visitors looking for home feel away from home.

Room was nice. Staff was friendly. Bathroom was OK. Location close to shopping, food options, and other local businesses. Close to main highways.

the staff were terribly rude as if my checking in was a problem for them. The people outside the hotel would be crude to a solitary female. I would rush to my room at the end of work day and not leave until following day whenever possible to avoid the interactions.

The Location was central to all things needed. the wifi was strong.

For the money. Approximately 250 a night I expected a much nicer / more modern room. They're in bad need of a remodel at least on the 1st floor where we stayed. It was just run down

They were adjacent to the hotel I was coming from due to zero rooms available for a one night extended stay.

The bathrooms smelled strong of pee, the shower smelled moldy, the staff were not rude but just very unpleasant the first day at check in and the last night when getting more towels.

The carpet in our room was all wet. There was no blow dryer in the room. People steal things do you have to ask for one. Smokers just put there butts out everywhere when there are plenty of dedicated areas with benches.

the staff was very pleasant & it was in a good location. The people that stay there for extended stay, everyone was very nice & willing to help.
