I got a room with a King size bed and a sofa bed, for 3 but there was no extra bed sheets and blankets. If the room was offered for 3, they should have them in the room.

The rooms, service and location was good.

The facilities are still under construction so the gym and other amenities were note available (incl. room service). I think they'll be stellar once complete!

The room was great, very clean, and good size. The staff was very friendly and accommodating / helpful.

The bathtub with shower. I prefer a walk-in shower

The room was comfortable. We didn't need parking and did not have breakfast, so I cannot comment on this.

Dining amenities were not yet done, since it is still very new. They just opened when we checked-in. Other conveniences like bedroom slippers, water were not readily available unlike in other hotels we stay in. We had to ask for slippers, while the water was not free.

The hotel location was great! Very new, so it was really clean.

Some amenities weren’t available but the hotel prices were still on the higher side. Not bad though. There was also a very loud vibrating that my boyfriend and I kept hearing in the early morning. It woke us up and startled us and it happened more than once.

The cost for them not having all facilities open like pool.. on booking.com it made it seem like there was a full restaurant/bar, so I was not happy with how much I paid without the amenities.. also there was no water in the room..

Parking @ $40 was exorbitant. Staff didn't tell us about pass for self parking. had to pay $40 to get in and then another to get out. Staff originally refused to reimburse second fee, but after my wife argued, he relented. The whole parking system sucks.

    room was comfortable, nice.

They charged me an extra bottle of water in the room that I did not drink. I called the front desk before drinking one of the bottles to make sure it was complimentary since I am a club member and they confirmed but they still charged me. I only drank one bottle but they charged me twice. One of the staffs in the front desk was rude and said that she would make a note of the complimentary water but she never did. Please be aware of their charge. Parking was expensive $40 a night.

Room was nice and clean.i. I would have given a 10 for this hotel if it was not for the overcharge.
