We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaWe booked a king but they don’t have kings in the hotel. breakfast is two different kinds of muffins granola bars. There is no ice machine or vending in the building. The pillows are terrible and the pull out mattress was horrendous to sleep on. They won’t give you extra pillows or blankets for the bed only if you need them for the side bed. There is nothing in the hotel as for dishes no coffee maker, if you need anything it is an extra few

Place is fine; just nothing special ; they need patio furniture to put on the pool that’s no longer there but u can still c the outline of it because they just paved it inn. The pool thats directly in the back/ middle of the hotel. It’s gated inn still too so I just think they should do something nice yhere to accommodate the area. A bench swing, tables , a grill etc for guests to enjoy while staying there and this would make it so the halls would smell like cooked food because they’d eat/cook it outside

United States of AmericaThe Grab-and-go was dismal - sugar and wheat-heavy, no proteins, no fruits, no juices, no choices of teas - only black tea...AND the tea and coffee was only available for that short time in the morning. When we checked in in the afternoon, I expected a coffee/tea bar - no such luck. There was no coffee/tea maker in our room, no cutlery, no dishes, etc. We found out later that we had to ask for them at the desk. When we went to the desk, we got in line for service because he was somewhere else attending to another guest's unspecified problem. We waited for approximately 20 minutes during which time 2 more guests added to the line. The many mouse-traps were a bit disconcerting. We could never get the closed caption to work on the tv. Ironically, we were in town for an audiology appointment.
All areas were very clean and well-kept - even the outdoor areas which were nicely landscaped. I liked the patio (site of former swimming pool) and the lounge chairs. It was a welcome respite to sit there and look at the trees after a long drive. The manager was extremely nice but the place was short-staffed. He had to attend to all the incoming guests, dole out the coffee-makers, trouble-shoot complaints and he did it all unfailingly politely and pleasantly with no back-up.

There was garbage that stunk up the hallways had to cover our noses the walls had holes in them in the room all together I am glad I only stayed one night for the price I paid and the condition the room was in

JapanThere were several issues with our reservation and subsequent charges that need to be addressed. Firstly, upon arrival, we were informed that our rooms had not been reserved as originally planned. Our reservation was for two rooms, each priced at US$450.68, amounting to a total of US$901.36. However, due to an error on the hotel's part, our reservation for the two rooms could not be accommodated. We promptly notified the staff about the mistake and requested the use of the two rooms we had originally booked. Despite the hotel's error, we were informed that the necessary adjustments could not be made, leaving us with no other option but to temporarily cancel the reservation through booking.com. We then took it upon ourselves to reserve and utilize two rooms elsewhere, without requiring or receiving any additional services from your hotel. To our dismay, when we received the final billing statement, we were charged as follows: Room 1: US$450.68 Cancelation fee: US$140.17 Room 2: US$502.63 Room 2 additional fee: US$156.37 The total amount of US$1,249.85 was US$348.49 higher than the original agreed-upon price. This overcharge is completely unjustified, and we find it unacceptable that the hotel is unwilling to address our refund request. We strongly urge this hotel to reconsider your stance on this matter and promptly process the refund of the excessive charges. The entire experience has been extremely disappointing, and we are left with no choice but to express our disappointment publicly. As valued customers, we expected better service and accountability from this esteemed hotel. Unfortunately, the lack of cooperation has led us to the conclusion that we will never again choose to stay at this establishment. We hereby request a swift resolution to this issue, including a full refund of the overcharged amount.
