We have stayed here multiple times and each time, I find the towels will not dry a person off. They absorb no water at all, clean looking and all but will not dry u off.

I liked that it was a tile floor no smelly carpet and clean. A little dusting was needed. There were a good bit of scuffs on walls. Wonderful tub and shower and hot water lasted. We had trouble with something and within 5 min the maintenance personnel showed up. We had a great stay.

The cloths, towels, carpet, curtains, bath tub walls, and floors need to be cleaned thoroughly.

The location was great for distance to where my daughter and I visited. Great food options too.

That the power went out due to the storm and there was no back up generator, we sat in the pitch blackness for hours. With the Spanish music that the other guests played very loud in their cars, that kept us up.

It was ok, the price was good, you get what you pay for.

The keypad on the door wouldn't open the door the maintenance guy had to come and change the batteries or something the bed it just feel like some the springs is broke but I don't even think it's a up-to-date bed cuz I got a box spring and mattress and this sit up high I got to jump in my bed that ain't like no regular bed at regular hotel how the Best Western Auto business high up are y'all going to be a motel hotel y'all need to upgrade everything don't have that cuz that kind of money I spend that kind of money at Best Western or something Red roof inn Red roof inn like 80 something hey also yes I did tell that man that he's like what's wrong I said it and don't meet my standard s*** hell no how would you rate the room I'm just going to say that s*** how satisfied I was not satisfied how comfortable the bed was uncomfortable s*** how was the light in the room they were a little of the room pretty good

The bathroom was too small. My stay would have been better with more pillows. 1 pillow was not enough, even using both pillows was not enough, the pillows need to be fluffier. I also didn’t like that I had to walk all the way to other side to get to my car as steps by my room where blocked off.

I liked that there was air conditioning. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave as well. I liked that it had a pool also.

Some rooms had signs saying that had been condemned and unsafe for people by the county or local govt. Lol

There are many guests who disrespect the facilities. Pot, trash, fighting, drinking, and disregard for others. We were up late because a family was fighting. The owners are fixing the hotel up, but it is difficult when guests trash their rooms.

The staff is wonderful and incredibly helpful. The location is a short ride to Cedar point.Point. It is a very good value.

The location was great. It was honestly a really good value for the price, happy to have a bed to sleep in but if you’re looking for luxury, this is not the place for you. It’s definitely motel vibes, nothing fancy, but did the job.

Needs updated. Room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. And the sheets, and pillows was wore out. Went and bought our own to use. The room was a non smoking room. But people stand right outside their room door. With the door opened. I burned a candle the whole time. I couldn’t get that smoke out of it.
