Could have been cleaner. One tub/shower in our unit had hair all over it, and didn't appear to have been cleaned. The cabinets in the kitchenette felt dirty. The floors felt dirty. Lack of cleanliness thoughtout the premises, especially the carpeting.

Our schedules didn't permit us to enjoy the provided breakfasts.

I didn't like the idea that if you wanted plates, silverware, other kitchen items, that you had to ask for them. All the cupboards were bare. The bed wasn't too comfortable either. At the front desk, they had a paper stating new mgmt and new prices for extra items. Outrageous prices!! I may not stay again.

The only thing I liked was that it was a close location to my son's place, which was the main reason why I was in Dallas.

AC didn’t work the whole stay and was sweating in our sleep and stay there and due to that we avoided even coming back to the hotel most if not all of the time because of how hot it was there with the AC not working right.

The door knob to my room on the inside was broken and every time you pulled it it would come off and microwave didn't work

They are under construction so I’m hoping that was the issue. The air didn’t work and they did not offer a price reduction. No early check in. Tim was plain and dirty.

Other than they do not have an incidental fee.

I spoke with an hotel employee who's demeanor was pleasant, however could not provide me with alternative accommodations at another location. My main issue is that booking.com's follow up is piss poor because, being that they are the hotel brokerage, they should have know this. More over than this, I tried to submit for a cancellation online an was unsuccessful due to technical difficulties with the website. Last but not least, I am still experiencing attempts for cancellation payments to my listed payment method.

The pool was fillled with moss. Looked like a swamp. The A/C didn’t work, the heat didn’t work. The shower had mold around the tub. The shower curtain was filthy. The floor felt like it was caving in

I thought "breakfast " was provided. It was just coffee. The room was dirty . The sheets smelled of sweat. There was no trash can in the room or bathroom and the television did not work. It was not a good experience. Someone took a crap in the bathroom before I came in , there was two open windows and feces in the toilet

Room 1: 1) mold on the wall in the shower 2) clogged bathroom sink Room 2: 1) dried urine on the wall and floor in the bathroom 2) dirty sock on the floor 3) key would not open the door. We finally got let in by the front desk but never got a key to work in the door. Overall: 1) No breakfast, just coffee 2) Trash in the hall that smelled and remained during our two night stay 3) Second floor had a horrible odor of rotting food. 4) When we reported that our shower had mold in it, the manager initially offered to let us shower in another room but wouldn't give us a different room. After we pushed, he did give us a different room. We know that it is a very inexpensive hotel and we were looking for just a clean room and a hot shower. The place was so dirty that we never did shower.

It was close to the family member that we were visiting. Daniella at the front desk was very sweet and did her best to get us a decent room.

It took 11 hours and 3 requests to get a hair dryer & hospitality kit with the dishes one would expect at an extended stay hotel. Then the kit wasn't even complete... 2 plates & saucers but only 1 fork, spoon & cup. No sponge, rag or dish soap. The free breakfast was supposed to go to 9:30 but they wasn't even any coffee and the only thing left were packets of instant oatmeal but not even hot water. They seem understaffed. Night or day there was rarely anyone manning the front desk.

My husband found a package of drugs that someone had dropped. We reported it to management . Not much they could do but an I’m sorry goes a long way. Clean towels were hard to come by. The pool was green and closed , and I think that should be advertised up front .

I have a week and they have not given me my room key because the key machine does not work, it is a nuisance every time I leave the room when I back I have to wait for an employee to open the door to my room, sometimes I wait up to 20 minutes.
