You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Our only complaint was that the curtains on our ground floor room were very see through, and you could see right in to the room from the lot. It was only one night so we just dealt with in. I'd have asked for a new room if it were multiple nights.
Hotel was clean and quiet. Cant ask for much more.

They charged for pets extra! Why if the pets are housebroken and don’t shed like ours. They should check the room before you check out and if there is know mess from pets you shouldn’t be charged extra.
They let pets there.

Bathroom door needs replacing and bathroom sink was too low. Assume this was a handicapped room at one time due to the low height of the bathroom sink.
Location Perfect for what we were doing in the area. Staff Friendly. Room clean.

The TV was a little loud and interfered a bit with conversation. We rented three rooms. In room 203 one of the beds had a lot of human hair on the sheets housekeeping staff needs to do better.
Breakfast was good. Appreciate the hot food. Don’t think you was clean and well maintained.

There was a smell in the room when we first arrived.Although after we turned off, the air conditioning went out for dinner and came back.The smell was gone so I think it might have something to do with the air conditioning. We notified the staff about it.
That's what comfortable. Breakfast was great. Staff were all very nice. They have this light in the bathroom.That's like a heating lamp to heat up the room.So that when you get out of the shower you're not freezing. That is one of the coolest things I've ever seen.I have never seen that in any hotel.

The only thought I have is the exterior could use a little sprucing up. Made to look more welcoming. But it is NOT a deterrent to me at all.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect for our use. The rooms are always clean and ready for use.

Juice machine was not working for breakfast.
Breakfast was good and there was enough variety of food. Location was excellent on highway 11/15 with restaurants and stores nearby.

Some of the light sockets didn't work. Toilet paper roll was half used with no other roll in sight.
The bed was comfortable. Towels were clean also bed was clean. Bathroom was clean. My room was 2 doors down from front desk so was easy to leave. The business room was easy to use for printing stuff for work.

The pet walking area was poorly lit for overnight potty calls.
We needed two very important services. We had two small pets traveling with us and I am disabled. Both were provided at excellent quality.

I'm super picky about the small details. None of which have any affects on the enjoyment of our stay but when paint is bubbling or there is damage to walls(usually in bathrooms) it should be fixed. General maintenance shows that the owner/company cares about the facilities and their customers.
The breakfast was great. The bed was comfortable and all amenities were in working order. Staff was helpful and accommodated us so we could just go to our room when we were arriving late & just wanted rest. Room was easy to access. The hotel was easy to find and had lots of parking. Easy check in and easy checkout.

The only issue was the door to the first floor slammed shut during the night and early morning and our room was right above it, it needs a closure installed on it
