We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaI didn’t like the fact that I checked in after hours no one was there. I had to call on the phone to speak to an agent to send someone to check me in from another location. I wouldn’t recommend checking in at this facility after 9 PM. The front desk closes, I came in the next night. Our young lady was outside. Her reservation had been canceled and it was 3 AM in the morning and she had nowhere to go.
This property was kind of old need to be more up-to-date furniture

Abkhazia, GeorgiaThe morning staff. I had to pay for clean towels. Guy behind the desk was in telling to pay for clean towels. The guy who gave the towels, dug through a cart of random towels that barely looked clean. So had to go a purchase some new towels at a near by store.

I liked the price. It was close to the hospital where we had to go for an appt at 7am. It was easily accessible and check in was a cinch.

United States of AmericaI did not like the fact that my kids had to look down while they walked because it was a pet-friendly property and some pet owners did not clean up after their pets. The parking lot was a hangout area because of the non-smoking rooms. People sleeping in their vehicle were allowed to be in the parking area. There was no ice machine for the quests. Inside the rooms there were no shower curtains for the shower, so after each shower, I had to soak up water after my children shower. With this being a Extended Stay America Suites it came with a kitchen table but no chairs. The only chair that came with this room was a love seat and it was five total people with me.
The let-out couch gave my family a little more sleeping room. Both the queen size bed and the let-out couch was comfortable. We had a lot of lighting in this room. They gave great channels for the t.v

United States of AmericaThe entire housekeeping department needs to be fired the bathtub looked like it hadn’t been clean in months,then I contacted the front desk to have someone clean it, and was told nobody was available. Mildew was on the wall above the shower , the kitchen area was nasty ,curtains nasty , paint chipping on the walls of the room, no remote to the tv.

United States of AmericaWhen I first arrived at the hotel there was a disagreement about my name on the reservation. My niece paid for the room, but my name was on the reservation as the guest. I called booking. com who stated "my name is on the reservation so there should not be a problem with the reservation" but there was a problem at the hotel. The hotel stated my name was not on the reservation. It made me feel like I should have booked with the Hotel directly. It was 1:30 am eventually they seen how tired I was and let me go to my room.
There were several dogs in a nearby room barking a lot. The front desk was gracious enough to move me to another room on a different floor.

My room that I bought was not ready so I had to downgrade to a one bed one bed sofa but I still had to pay the same price as I would have if I will have kept my room the room that they gave us the flooring was coming up, the paint on the counters was coming up, the fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling, the bathroom door was semi-broken so if you want to use that you had to lift it up, and we saw a roach on our second Day there. Not only that it was no room service and if you want to clean towels you’re going to have to pay for them.
Honestly, the only thing I like about this property was the staff.
