We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The rugs and elevator seemed to be very old. I think some renovations are needed.

Nothing.
Room was large and clean and bed was comfortable. The room was furnished with a desk and chair, an armchair and a fridge and microwave which were nice for an extended stay. Blackout blinds worked well. Heat could be adjusted as we liked it and TV with HDMI port was very useful for streaming. Friday and Saturday afternoon soups and free printing any time were plusses. Staff and particularly breakfast staff were very friendly and capable. We liked the live potted plants and appreciated the availability of tea and coffee all day. Hotel was very convenient to Brunswick.

We were rudely awoken by the very loud sound of a snow plow repeatedly slamming against and then dragging across the pavement right outside our window. We were hoping to sleep later but it was impossible to get back to sleep because of the noise. There was barely an inch of snow on the ground so the plowing that early in the morning was completely unnecessary. It really soured what could have been a nice stay.
The property was very nice and clean. The room was beautiful and comfortable with many nice features including plenty of convenient outlets for charging phones and laptops, a mini fridge and microwave. Clean bathroom with plenty of towels and the hot water was hot.

In the room - no hot boiled water available. Even from the dinning room Heater in room 214 very noisy.

The heater made a very loud noise when the blower was running and kept waking me up.
The breakfast was very good and the room was very clean. The beds were comfortable.

I wouldn't say so much it was a dislike, but overall it just needed a refresh or update, like the carpets were a bit wore and dirty and the furnishings seemed dated and generic.
The lobby is cute and we enjoyed the pumpkin carving contest. We had a great stay overall and were quite comfortable. Everything was working properly, having no issues with the wifi, and the water pressure in the shower and sink were great, etc.

Mattress was OK, not great, and the bed frame creaked loudly when exiting or entering the bed. Hotel was close to a busy road, so there was a fair amount of road noise. Neither of these were deal-breakers, and we would definitely stay here again on a future trip to the area.
Good value in Brunswick. Basic, but good, breakfast choices that were replenished when low. Waitstafff, Front Desk and Housekeeping staff were very friendly. Great water pressure in the shower!

The location was not ideal but the room was surprisingly quiet.
The hotel was updated and very pleasing to the eye. The bed was comfortable and the room/bathroom had all the amenities including a refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast included a waffle maker and hot food item choices. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

My room was very damp, even with the ac running. The bathroom door was swollen and wouldn't shut. One of the mattresses was worn so you kept rolling to the middle.
Staff was friendly, breakfast was great and they kept everything full.

Location was a bit noisy with the road (Main st) right under our windows. Had I known this I would have asked for a room facing the backyard parking lot. Floor to floor carpet ought to go and be replaced with more hygienic and less dusting material.
Check-in/out were prompt and uneventful like they should be. Overall feeling was nice with fall decorations and warm atmosphere. Inn was neat and breakfast was taken care of nicely until the end with top-ups and cleaning. The room itself was clean although little worn. Enough of parking space.

The carpeted floor was old and gross. I was skeezed out when a sleep mask fell on the floor. Prices were outrageous. Eggs contained hidden dairy and possibly gluten.
