We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaTerrible smell of smoke as I entered the room. Leaking pipes under kitchen sink. Dirty floor around toilet. I was very cold first night since I asked for an extra blanket and was told by front desk that they didn't have any more even though I had requested an extra blanket on line when booking hotel. I slept in my coat. Second and third night I loaned a blanket from my daughter.
New refrigerator. Shower has a good water flow and temperature.

United States of Americaroom is in bad shape, both sinks drip, had to fix toilet to flush without holding the handle the whole time, no plate on rotator in microwave, saw a roach, paint and wall damage, instead of proper mounting of sink and counter it had gobs of caulk mess badly done to fill inch or more gap, large gap under main door, basically everything in need of major repair

The staff was friendly, I got in late,had been traveling all day was tired frustrated , then I wasn't aware I would have to pay a additional 50 dollar deposite after I paid online. United States of AmericaGiving them the benefit of doubt. I'm guessing not providing a small bar of soap or shampoo packet or wash cloth or Towels of any type was their attempt of going eco-green. First hotel room where you had the duel bed sheet-towel combo. You may ask why didn't I call the office or housekeeping, The office hours are 11am- 7pm. Closed Sunday and it is definitely closed all day Sunday ( I have photo with sign on the door to prove it). They do provide a red phone for emergency contact to someone - I'm not saying it doesn't work or no one picks up but after 8 or 9 rings I started counting actual rings and hung up after reaching 42. Even at $60 dollars or so a night you should be able to get towels as part of the room cost. Have no clue how anyone can check in late or on Sunday.
Bed and pillows were exceptionally good. Location worked well for what I needed, Price almost worked and I'm very forgiving. Room was clean enough but I'm sure others may find issues.

Dirty cigarette nicotine left behind on counters makes the place feel nasty. Dish TV they said they were working on it but it never played all weekend.. do comfortable chairs to sit in

If your key happens to not open your room(happens far to often) and it’s after 7 then you might not get in your room and they will not compensate you for it either! I was there recently and we didn’t have power all day and it was hot! You think they gave us another day heck no! The staff is stretched so thin they’re cutting corners when cleaning! I’ve gotten bloody sheets the last couple visits, no towels, no pillows or pillowcases, microwaves not cleaned molded shower curtains! I stay because the close proximity to my job! I was staying here last year and things were great! Now it’s almost as bad as it was when it was Crosslands

United States of AmericaI don’t like that I’ve been here 2 weeks and my fridge hasn’t worked so I spent more money then I should have and I know they’re not gonna compensate me for it! I’ve told the desk clerk several times still no fridge! there’s parent less children running around the property, trash everywhere and the staff some I know personally and they could careless about doing anything it’s just a paycheck! Staff lives here but they act as if you’re bothering them when you go to them!
