It’s an old building, so no soundproofing. Even with the AC running full-fan right next to the bed, doors slamming and people in the corridor meant I needed ear plugs to sleep.

It was nice to have some packaged food choices in the morning. Though the building shows its age, the room was squeaky clean, which I appreciated. The front desk personnel were exceptional both at check-in and check-out.

the microwave was not clean but that was the only thing. The doors are locked after 10:50pm and the key pad doesn't work in order to get in. so if you plan on staying out late you better have a second location in mind. I got locked out, luckily I had a friends place I could stay at but it was hard to get into contact with anyone in order to get in.

The rooms were big and I loved the kitchen. then had almost all of the appliances you would need in a kitchen.

Pillows gave my partner and I both headaches and neck aches. First room wasn't clean which was merely an oversight or computer glitch, nothing serious but it felt like we walked in on a room occupied by someone else.

check in was easy. Room was clean. Kitchenette was awesome!

Not having public restrooms off the lobby. My son was told he could not use the restroom until he checked in at 3:00 pm. Girl at the desk was a little rude but everyone else after that was great and accomodating. Overall I was really happy with my stay. The bed in room 205 was a little stiff but I survived. : )

Your facility met my criteria for location and value. Extremely convenient to the highway and Columbus yet close to Powell where I visited friends.

How many times has Mohammed stayed as I look through reviews and am trying to get an issue resloved? I've been trying for over a week to get my itemized receipt. I have now contacted booking.com to intervene. Strong smell of marijuana outside the window and stairwell. Found a used needle in our room under the A/C unit. Muffins provided had mold.

The staff was super friendly and the location was convenient. The kitchen in the room was usable. Pet friendly. Felt safe.

The smell when I entered the back door of the hotel was that of dog food and/or urine. The walls were thin and I could hear foul language and yelling from three rooms down. The breakfast was merely coffee and bars. The sink in the bathroom was plugged from my first day and drained slowly. I don't know what was under the sheets but the bed had a crinkle sound. It's a good thing that I checked my windows before retiring since I found them unlocked and slightly ajar. I didn't feel safe. I paid for the 7 days and then was charged $146.86 for a Saturday night AFTER I had checked out! The rates prior were $111 and below for each of the previous nights.
