The swimming pool was full of old mattresses which was just a bit concerning.

The staff was friendly and the check-in was hassle free. I appreciate so much the morning coffee.

The hotel was dirty, nobody cleaned the room on those days we stayed there, we had to ask for a toilet paper, soap, did our beds. They advertise the hotel has included breakfast, but they just offer old bread and the lady who sets the bread on the shelves does not use any hygiene.

There are not a lot of things I liked. When we open the fridge to store a bottle of water we had, there was a old milk bottle inside which means they do not clean very well.

Hotel was under construction which is a good thing but construction debris and dust was on hallway floors. Dust in room, too. No trash can in room, no coffee. Furniture was worn, chair looked so dirty we didn't want to sit in it. Not very good wall colors/design. A mish mash of good and bad.

The bed was good. Water pressure strong. New flooring, and bath tub was replaced. Fridge was adequate.

No Coffee pot in room. Carpets are old worn out Small tv. Time to upgrade lobby and rooms. Mold on vinyl shower curtain. Exhaust Fan was from 1970 with Helicopters noise volumes.

Ok breakfast however no meats or eggs. Pleasant owner.

I asked for an upstairs room and wasn't given one when only 5 cars at the whole place and I never saw another guest but kids were in the room above me running and jumping until late at night! The rolling chair in the room was so nasty I would never sit on it.

Bed was good, plenty hot water. good air conditioning was very good.

Air conditioning thermostat was Strange, Unit would turn off and on ever 4 minutes even when room was not where near the selected temp, either hot or cold. So not comfortable sleeping temp. Mold all over shower area.

We found trash behind the fridge. The fridge was dirty upon arrival. There was hair in the bathtub. Holes in sheets and blankets. Upon arrival the front desk did offer to change us rooms due to the fridge being dirty but we were tired and I said I would clean it. The other things we found later in our stay.

For the most part it was fine for what we needed. I would stay again but they really need to replace the blankets and sheets that have holes in them. It was inexpensive compared to the other hotels. We stayed for 5 days due to a tree falling on our house during a storm.

We are now paying higher prices for less. No breakfast, less professionalism in hospitality.

Considered staying another night but price went up. Did not make sense to me. Staff member explained I got a discount for first night because I used an online booking agent and unless I went through the on line agent I would be charged the higher price. Decided that was ridiculous and found a different hotel at a better price

Shower handles not set right. Need a plumber to fix. Water leaking behind handles will cause a mold issue quickly. Had truck exhaust come in thru ac. Illegal activity with driver in truck parking next to room and running the truck with bad exhaust system. Need to place camera in that area to avoid illegal activity with vehicles and people.

The Staff was great with our concerns and we're absolutely on top of it. Great Job
