Bed was a little uncomfortable. Stairs were hard for me to manage. Next time I will ask for street level.

The staff was very nice. Rooms were clean and updated. Dog friendly rooms.

I can't bring a hot plate and cook any food that I want to eat. So I have to eat I have to eat microwave food in my room the whole time Because if I use a hot plate they will think I'm smoking. And then charge me two hundred and fifty dollars And when I got there, they asked for my credit card information. Just in case there was any damage to the room I thought this would Looking through you guys but you guys are great I did not know I did not stay the whole time I had to go home. I missed one night that was the last night which would have been 12/22

Perfect location for our stay, quiet and room was actually better than I expected. Staff was very welcoming and quick to answer all my questions.

I would have definitely given it a higher rating had they not already charged my card $100 for the security deposit, I have never stayed in a motel that they charge your card for something that hasn't happened, the room should be inspected and then the hold on your card released, but here they actually went ahead and charged the $100 on my card which I didn't find Fair so initially up front I had to pay $270 for a cheap motel room. The beds are so hard! Why why why do they have to be so hard, it really puts a damper on your stay when you can't sleep because the bed is so hard.

The rooms were very clean. I love that they gave us four pillows on each of the beds, a great selection of TV channels. The staff were very friendly asking how our stay at the beach is.

It was weird because there was someone on property watching usload and take our things to the room so that was awkward, and the room took a long time to heat up.

There was a 3/8 inch gap in the door, letting in light. Fortunately, the weather was warm and didn’t let any cool air in. The microwave scorched the paper cups that I used for my beverages. I wanted to stay an extra night but because I had booked online I would have needed to book online again.😩😩😩😩😩😩

Good price for the room. I could tell that it has been recently renovated. I really appreciated the portable fan.

There was no AC which made it very hard for everyone to sleep through the night. The room felt warm and muggy the whole stay. There was a small fan which didn’t do much. Description stated continental breakfast once I checked in there was a sign that stated no breakfast. Which isn’t a big deal but with kids I try and plan stays with breakfast available to make it an easier get up and go. Would be helpful for them to have stated that it wasn’t available in description.

No AC and it was quite warm. We didn't sleep well. I retrospect we should have opened the window and let the air but noise in. Wifi was weak in room 211.

Only one staff to check in guests. Stupid ladies in front were complaining about their bill and I had to wait 30 to use the bathroom in my room. The room was advertised as ocean view but it didn’t say only a partial view from over the roof tops of other buildings. Room was very expensive so I assumed it was on the beach.

They gave me the room with the best view.

When I makes the reservation I asked for two queen beds and I just get one full size for two people for my kid and me was not comfortable. I asking to the guy at the office he said was not his problem he said to call booking.com and I did call but you guys never asked my call.

I love dogs and its nice to have them with you but we all have to know that other people need to rest, first dogs were barking a lot, who was there oh my gosh got up around 6 making all kind of noises, walking moving stuff, we couldn't get to sleep
