We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There was one bug in our bed at night. It was dark but my partner felt something rub over his leg; several hours later he felt it run over his face. We turned on the lights to find it (now 4 am); it was very small, on his pillow. He squished it and there was blood.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast included hot scrambled eggs and bacon, sausage. But otherwise was mediocre. well, typical is probably fair. No fresh fruit or yogurt. The coffee was hot and good.
Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was great. Helpful, welcoming. Shuttle drivers (both night and next day) were courteous and --more important--careful on the terrible icy roads. Both had to adjust the route to or from airport to find safe roads.

Breakfast was excellent. The shuttle service was great and the staff were great too. Really like how the shuttle will drop you off in the city and then pick you up later to take you back to the hotel. Awesome 👏

United States of AmericaLight bulbs were burnt out by the bedside. And the complimentary breakfast was a bust. Not enough personnel hired to keep up with the demand of the guests. Facing a half hour wait, at least, to get breakfast, we ended up going into town to find some breakfast to eat. Also the pool was cold and disappointed that there was no hot tub.
Nice warm, spacious room and fabulous bed and pillows, with a great view of Ship Creek flowing past on a cold winter day. And loved the "Alaska look" of mounted taxidermy work in the lobby and from our doorway. And it worked out quite stellar that the ice carving championships were right across the road from the motel

United States of AmericaThe carpet was gross! There were three dark, disgusting stains in the bathroom area which prevented me from using and feeling comfortable in the bathroom. There were no face towels or bath mat.
I loved the location, close to downtown and right across from the train station. I loved the lobby...very comfortable and entertaining with the giant bears. My room was comfortably warm and the bed was very comfortable. I felt safe at this hotel.

CanadaBreakfast can be improved. We stayed 5 days, they only change the menu twice. Instead of ham, they put sausage. Everything else is the same. Your choice would be ham and egg, cereals, yogurt, DIY waffles. That’s it. They got coffee, apple juice, orange juice and water. They don’t have new year’s eve perks or complimentary or paid celebration like the other hotels in downtown. The sound of the train from the station sometimes wake us up! Bigger television should complement a bigger room but not a deal breaker. Toiletries need to be picked up in the lobby. Not default in the room.
The room is very big!!! Wifi is decent, usable! Location is good. Especially during our visit last week of december. Beautiful view with all the snow especially from our room! Staff is helpful too and kind Free shuttle to mall and airport! Free breakfast is okay. Great lobby as well

AustraliaWe couldn't contact the property to get the free shuttle from the airport. We tried the number many, many times and kept getting a message saying they weren't taking calls at the moment. The cost of the taxi was quite high and when we arrived the shuttle was just sitting there. The girl on the front counter when we arrived was very unhelpful and unfriendly. We even rang the phone number while we were in reception and it did not go through. Had she turned the answering machine on? Perhaps. The rooms did not smell very pleasant when we arrived, we needed to air the room out for a couple of hours to make it better.
The breakfast was nice. We only had it on the last day unfortunately, very early before we flew out. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were fine and it was good to have a laundry to use. The girl on the front desk when we left was lovely. The shuttle service when we left was great.
