I would like to see the sheets upgraded!!! every time I rolled over the bottom sheet would com loose from the mattress. It was all wrapped around me each day when I woke up. When we were there they were also working on the Lobby front, with no indication as to how to get into the hotel.

I liked that it is the closest place to stay to visit Lemont. I was there for our 50th class reunion at LTHS and I know I got 5 other classmates to stay at your facility. We enjoyed that staff grouped several of us together.

but, the carpet in the room was filthy...I walked with bare feet and they were dirty...that I had to put shoes on ...it was vacuum ....but it needs a good cleaning with shampoo and such...plus whatever they use for cleaning solution...stinks...lol..my clothes and everything smelled like it when I unpacked...but, all and all...my stay was good...

The location was good...the staff was polite and helpful...and the breakfast bar was a great bonus...and the room was clean...

Fire alarm went off at 4 am. Stood outside for an hour. Was told it was a malfunction of the system. No one’s fault but it affected our stay.

Found two ibuprofen pills on our supposedly cleaned room floor. Chipped counter tops in both bathroom and kitchen area. Then we were literally in the center of a desolate industrial park.

The hotel was dated for the price and the rooms needed quite a lot of updating everywhere. Breakfast, if you could call it that was minimal at best.

Bed was hard (not comfortable, woke up with sore hips), not many channels on cable to choose from, no one at front desk after 11pm so hopefully you don't forget your key or it stops working, whole place was wafting of marijuana.

Room was clean, comfy recliner, nice size TV, large fridge w/ice cube trays, microwave, (no roaches or bugs considering it was a kitchenette, and some rooms are long term stays) work desk, iron and board.

Everything for the kitchen (dishes, coffee makers, mugs, etc.) has to be requested at the front desk. It was far more difficult to reduce the length of the stay than it should be. That wasn't the fault of the property, however, it is made difficult by this website.

The staff, especially Tracy, was helpful modifying the length of the stay from four nights to three, which we requested at the time we checked in. This website makes that difficult, but the staff persisted and eventually was successfull. The room had a table with two office chairs that were well-suited for eating and gathering. In addition there was a comfortable easy chair. Overall, the value was great for a double room with a kitchenette for under $100 per night.

There was garbage under bed from people before so was not cleaned the best. Breakfast is not grab and go, its just oatmeal. Could use some muffins or cereal bar. One of the stove burners didn't work!

Breakfast was included in the price. But there is NO ANY BREAKFAST SERVED IN THIS HOLTEL! Tea, coffe, cakse and porridge. THAT IS IT!. This is not a beakfast, sorry guys.

After being lectured at the front desk about NOT smoking in the rooms. Both our rooms smelled like ash trays. They had been HEAVILY smoked in and that ruined the stay for us. Would not go back.
