I had to call customer service to have the front desk person to show up to check me in

Shower curtain was too short, so every shower would make a puddle in the bathroom. Mattress was a little too firm for my personal liking.

Location was nearby to the Cobb Galleria, room was nice and cool, had everything I needed. It was also inexpensive and staff were very friendly.

I reserved two rooms, one you could tell had been upgraded, floors were laminate and looked clean, other room was carpet and I wouldn't stand on it in bare feet. Bathtubs in both rooms were sketchy, could tell they had attempted to make them look better but standing in it made me wary. Key to my room wouldn't work, went to the front desk and clerk followed me back to room to check that I hadn't used the key to other room. He couldn't get it to work, another employee stated 'that's the room we've had problems with'. Batteries in the door were dead and needed replacing. Desk clerk was very helpful and super friendly - no reflection on him re the door. Hotel was within walking distance of the Battery but we chose to Uber. Distinct smell of weed around stairwells of both rooms, sirens heard loud and close - don't mind that until they stop outside your hotel :( Asked for rooms to be close as Grandkids were in one room, couldn't have been further apart. Definitely not what it looked like on the website or travel website.

Front desk clerk was very helpful and super friendly, went above and beyond. Chose this hotel as it was close to 'the Battery', could have walked but chose to Uber as didn't want to walk back with kids late at night. Beds were clean and comfortable., AC was cold and appreciated. Could tell they were trying to upgrade rooms.

Didn't know we would have to book ahead before we stopped. Found them randomly, because we didn't know what town we would spend the night. We arrived after 11 and had to book through you. The young man at the front desk said after 11 it had to be booked and paid online. He went to check the room before we carried our luggage upstairs. He said if we had any problems to call him on the house phone. Dial zero. There was no dial tone. There was no workings of the phone. The smoke alarm was beeping like its battery was out. As we carried our luggage upstairs we could hear people having a very loud argument. Oh, paid for a queen bed, it was a double. So, we carried out luggage back downstairs and back in the car to move. Not a great start. I carried the useless phone back down to the check in counter. He apologized and went to check out two other rooms for us before he took us there. This room was on first floor, had a working phone and no beeping smoke alarm. No arguing guests, but still not a queen bed. The room was as clean as it could have been for the shape it was in. The entire place is in sad shape. It was our first stay at an Extended Stay America Suites and will be our last.

this is my 3rd time staying at this hotel.. and i have been satisfied to other 2 times this time— our room had an odor. to the credit of the desk clerk he did try to clean and spray… but i think somebody poured something they shouldnt have in the ac unit.. maybe peepee maybe not.. we’ll never know. with covid i bring lysol with me to all hotels and i sprayed our room 3 times. and it helped but it didnt ever get rid of the smell. we just needed a bed and shower bc all we were there to do was see the braves. so we said its no problem bc we just wanted our room and to get to the ballpark and the desk clerk was nice.. we were an hour early and there is an early check in fee but he waived that bc of our room condition. this is not the hotels fault to keep people from putting things in ac units and doing nasty stuff to the room. so when staying in a hotel think about the people that stay before and will stay after you.!! be a decent human and not a nasty sob!! there is no carpet in the room so the smell either came from the beds or the ac.. again!! dont damage prperty that is not yours and be a decent person

At first look everything looks clean and nice but once you start looking closely there’s a lot of gross things. There was a dead bug under my pillow and cigarette burn holes all over our blanket. The floor was also very dirty with a lot of gross spots in the corners and edges.

The location was very convenient because we were able to walk to our event and back.

They didn't have our room-type ready (even after check in time: 3:00 pm) so we traded the booked double room for a smaller queen room type. There was no coffee pot or microwave in the room we got, either. Friend said the bed was too hard for her to sleep on.

This hotel was pretty close to the area we needed to be. They had a great air conditioner! Everything was clean.

I book a room with 2 queen beds and when I arrived they said they over booked and had to put us in a king bed. We made it work but it would have been a real issue if we didn’t have someone bail on the trip last minute. The couch had a faint pee smell to it too. Other than that it was a good place to stay. I will likely book again.

It was within walking distance to Cobb Galleria and restaurants.
