The floor carpet felt sticky. Some of the electric cabling was not great.

The location is handy and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was quite comfortable and the shower fine.

One room smelt strongly of smoke despite it being a non-smoking room. They need to change providers for their laundromat. Half the machines weren't working, the remainder were unclean, and another machine kept taking my money without working. Went to reception to get a refund and was directed to the companies website. Have tried and tried to get a refund with no luck so far... I'd not recommend you use the washing machines.

Good facilities in room and option to borrow what is required for cooking. Breakfast was simple coffee, porridge packets, and snacks. Across the road from a big Target for any groceries. Good diner nearby, silver diner.

Had to call front office multiple times due to noisy neighbor in 262. Lots of yelling in courtyard in early evening and what appears long term residents.

When I wanted to check in, the manager was super busy with his phone. Answering a friend by WhatsApp or something. They this person called him and he had a long conversation in Pakistani an language while I was waiting and standing in front of him. Super unfriendly. The hotel offers breakfast it says, but you can only grap coffee. The room floor was super sticky and very old. Never again!

Location was fine nearby the airport.

The property mangers thankfully changed my room the 2nd morning due to lack of air conditioning. While the 2nd room, #173 had air conditioning, it had problems I reported at check-out. 1) no sweep on door, 2)tub faucet did not fully turn off - wasting water, 3)water leaking from the upstairs shower (room wall damp at floor and carpet wet). Hopefully were fixed quickly

Managers were wonderful and the location was well lite and convenient. Mangers seemed to take pride in the property wanted to improve on areas that could be improved.

The design of the gardens and courtyard is good but it needs to be tidied up and cleaned. It looks scruffy. We had difficulty communicating with one of the reception staff because of his poor English.

Convenient for the airport and the metro station. Good room well equipped. Room was clean.

It was not a quiet area at night. Some of the guests on the same block talked loudly around 11 pm.

I did not have time to go for breakfast as I was catching my next flight to San Fransisco at 1.40 pm.

Seems to be more of a housing (for low income families) facility than a hotel.

The breakfast was very minimal, a cookie or two. There were two pillows in the room. I asked for two more and was told they had no more. The room came with a little stove, but not a single pot or pan to use on that stove.

Breakfast: just a coffee and a snack bar... if lucky. Sometimes just coffee. Sometimes nothing at all. The others guests are sketchy at best, better lock your door. Tried to scam us upon arrival, the very first night when we asked for another rooms because ours were cigarette smelly... tried to reimburse us half of what we paid and asked us to leave. The personnel is verbally abusive, upon arrival insisted we leave the premises upon reimbursing us just 50% because "you are the kind of foreign tourists that like elevators and nice things"... we are from Argentina, a 3rd world country. It was at night. Bear in mind my 84yr old mother was travelling with us. We managed to stay. One night, around 20hs went to the lobby and asked for plates, forks, knives spoons, glasses... "my shift is ending, I´m tired, get back tomorrow morning". The personnel engilsh is extremely difficult to understand.

Closeby reston downtown, target and some fast food restaurants.

Had to wait 15 minutes before the front desk person showed up. I feel like there should be two people to work the front desk. The best was not very comfortable for me.

Location is good. Restaurants are within walking distance.
