The word grimey comes to mind. The entire building including our room looks as though it has been roughed up. Our room door had obviously been kicked in at some point and everything looked a bit battered. The elevator looked the same. We were charged a $50 (yet refundable upon checkout) incidentials charge upon check-in that we were not expecting; but after walking through the building we didn't question it.

Breakfast had No protein at all! Only waffles, cold cereal and a bit of fruit that quickly ran out. No eggs, no meat, extremely minimal

The floor in our room had a sticky spot. When we arrived each bed only had 4 throw pillows. We had to ask for full sized pillows, but we were able to get some.

The breakfast was good, my son especially enjoyed the waffle variety. Check in and check out was easy.

Our room was near the elevator so we experienced noise during the night. The breakfast was lacking as they did not include any bread or bagels etc. They did have a waffle machine but that's not our thing.

Not the hotels fault, but the guests staying were clearly not the best. Some were clearly on long term stay for *obvious* reasons. Room was clean, no bugs.

Property itself was fine. Location was as expected, very nice area. Toilet did not work, and staff was not super helpful. They asked if I wanted to stay in room with broken toilet. Since it had already been “fixed” and was our last night, we chose to stay. But would have been nice to have a new room when toilet remained broken and maintenance was no longer on site.

the rooms where small, the bed old [mattress] stain up old couch ,we left a expensive mens cologne there in the room so i called back the day we checkout and the following day they said they will check house keeping and lost a found they never called back so i called and talk to the manger she was rude and said nothing was found i know i left it , i will not stay there again to a place with no honesty there

Housekeeping never cleaned our room. Stayed for thee nights. After no cleaning the first day, I asked for the room to be cleaned the second day and third day. Never happened. I had to ask for towels for 3 days and I emptied my own trash. Not impressed at all.

The breakfast was lame, just make your own waffles with some OJ and milk. I found at least 4 pubic hairs in the shower. The TV guide channel didn't work at all so you never knew what was on.

Location, staff, room size...were all fine. Bed was comfortable.

It smelled kind of musty and there was definitely a need to update and do some maintenance. The garbage behind the hotel was overflowing. We had to keep having our keys redone as they would quit working fairly often.

Beds were comfortable - place was quiet - location was great - nice to have a refrigerator - breakfast was good - staff was friendly

Hotel is extremely dated. The doorframe are all rusted, with different colored doors. When I first walked in my room there was a cigarette smoke smell. Amd the love seat in my room was extremely dated and stained. I got a fairly good deal on the room, but this hotel could really use some tlc.

The room was clean. Vacuumed well, bedding was clean. Shower and toilet were both very clean. Staff was efficient and nice. Parking lot is well lit.

it wasn’t very clean the elevator was very dirty and needed painted the nightstand next to the bed has dried milk down the side, lampshade was cracked dirty and flakes falling off onto the table
