Very old model, breakfast wasn't breakfast just coffee and granola bars, bathroom curtains had stains on them . Could definitely do better and needs remodeling in room very ran down. Corporate needs to check the Albany area and reconsider putting money into there hotel for better service.

The kitchen area and the space . Price was decent and better then other rates can't complain.

Room was filthy. Carpets were gross, grungy, dirty. All floors everywhere in the hotel were dirty. Including the lobby, elevator, and all other floor surfaces.

Staff was nice and tried to make it a nice stay. Becky was super nice.

Disabled room was not equipped for disabled as stated. Tried to get clean towels, and none were available. Charges were charged without asking if the card on file was to be used, which caused an inconvenience to cardholder.

The location was good because we were familiar with the area. Convenient to access places needed to visit.

The room was in disrepair holes everywhere bathroom vent taped over the freezer was rusted with a large gapping hole, A BUG GREATED ME AS I TURNED MY SHEETS DOWN.

That was not a breakfast a granola and coffee is not a breakfast. Don't promise breakfast if that is all you offer.

the front desk worker was not professional at all. had to wait for rooms to be ready. requested a non smoking room and the room smelled like cigarettes. the room floors were dirty and sticky.

I did not like that I had to seep clean the coffee maker and after all that the maker did not work. The recliner did not work and the bed was to soft. The kitchen sink stops up when you turn the water on to wash the dishes. If everything is sanitized then why was the coffee maker so dirty when I received it.

I like the full kitchen. The nice big dresser in the room. Some of the staff was very pleasant.

Being offered Crystal Meth and Suboxone while walking down the hallway. Rooms are dated and run down. Basic wifi is too weak to use so you have to pay for the enhanced wifi. My son swept and cleaned the laundry room while doing the wash. It was filthy. "Breakfast" is coffee and granola bars. It's a cheap hotel and you get what you pay for.

The location is convenient.

The fire alarms in the halls were flashing almost the entire time we were there. There was no breakfast. No fresh coffee or muffins. Just smooshed breakfast bars. Our window was left open when we arrived. On the first floor you can see right in from the parking lot. Both our keys just shut off at one point we had to go back to the desk to get them turned back on. The people above us were loud all night. We had requested a quiet room. I hated the little 1/2 pillows and the blankets were too thin but the heat worked good so it was ok.

The woman at check in was very nice. The bathroom and room were very clean. Room was good sized. We liked the kitchen and the fridge. Looked like updating was going on while we were there.

THE KITCHEN TABLE AND THE COUNTER TOP WERE NOT CLEAN ENOUGH. THERE WERE FOOD AND COOKING RESIDUES ON THE TABLE AND COUNTER TOP THAT NEED TO BE CLEANED THOROUGHLY . THE WALL LAMPS DID NOT COME ON, AND IT TURNED OUT THEY WERE UNPLUGED AT THE WALL SOCKET. I INFORMED THE FRONT DEST AND WAS TOLD MAINTENANCE STAFF WENT HOME ALREADY.

Very very outdated, needs a complete makeover. Very disappointing -no toiletries, kitchenette with no dishes, etc, carpet was worn, bathroom dirty shower curtain, door to room looks like it had been kicked in and broken near the lock, just terrible. Staff was very nice and friendly-unfortunate. Location is great right across from UAlbany. Should have stayed at Hilton Garden Inn next door.
