the Pool could have been open as well as all of the Ammenities sauna was closed and there was no prior notice I booke this hotel because of the indoor pool!

The hotel was more like a very run down motel. Everything was out or service. The pool has been shut down, the "gym" was where they stored the supplies, an equipment was outdated. The juice machine made watery juice. Room smelled like a pack of cigarettes, and there were little fruit flies everywhere. Where telling staff of these things all she could say was that she was new, and she sorry it's not the best. Very hard,an uncomfortable beds.

Close to attractions, like the aquarium and the museums. Close to diners and gas stations. Stores were within driving distance, no more then 15 mins away from downtown.24hr coffee machine was always available.

The inn appeared very rundown and the pool was in very poor condition with leaking from the roof into the pool and flooring around it. I considered it unusable.

There was no breakfast, but there was free coffee and juice. The room was ok.

When I arrived. I thought I was scammed because it was barrren. With the restaurant in front, which is closed, and no cars in the parking lot I thought it was closed. Pool had peeling paint floating in it.

We were on the highway side and it was very loud so sleeping was a problem even though the rooms were empty on the other side. The door to the outside was broken left open all night no sercurity When we left in the morning no one at the desk till 10 so you just left your key I took pictures of the outside when we first got there we thought it was abandoned cause the front sign had a piece of paper hiding the front and NO cars were in the parking lot. Then we wanted to check in early and they were going to charge us outrageous when NO one was even staying there. I counted 6 cars each night while we were there.

No breakfast on property that we seen. Plenty of parking cause only 6 cars there when we were there. Back exit door was open and unlocked all night cause key card thing was ripped off. That was scary

There wasn't a working phone in the room. The phone didn't even have a cord. I used my cell phone to call the hotel to request an extra blanket and I was told there were no blankets and that the last blanket was given to room #204. I asked her if she could get one from an empty room and was told NO

The courtesy of the staff was non existant, no elevator to our 2nd floor room, shower in room was dirty and drained very slowly, no one was at the front desk when we were checking out, we just left the key at the desk, and left.

There was no breakfast, just coffee with creamers.

Stain on towels. Slow running drain in tub. Couldn't even report it as no one was at desk when it was time to check out. Only a sign stating if checking out to leave room key here. Not even a locked drop box for it.
