Requested a non-smoking room. As soon as you get off the elevator all you do is smell cigarette smoke.

Needs to be cleaned up , got a bag breakfast instead of the hot one . They have a whole kitchen and breakfast area but not used . Had to change rooms due to fridge not working , electric was not working on some walls and smoke detector was none existing.

Me getting stuck at a elevator and it took them 30 minutes to get me out because they had to go hunt down the maintenance man and then the guy at the front desk said oh wow, the first elevator it happens all the time to people a lot of people got stuck in that elevator so they need to go. Fixed that elevator before people and up really seriously. I have a heart attack cause. I want to do a full-blown. Panic and anxiety attack and had to sit on the floor and take deep breath and pray to God. Do they hurry up and get me out of there?

I like everything until I got Stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes before they found the maintenance man to come. Help me and I had a full-blown. Panic and anxiety attack and I was in the floor crying, hoping they would hurry up and get me out of the broken elevator that got stuck.

The rest of the employees either had an attitude or couldn’t answer a simple question. The breakfast in the bag is nasty, I feel it’s a waste.

I liked the helpful attitude the man at the front desk had.

None of the amenities were open or operable and no notice was given about this. Lots of noise at night made it hard to sleep. The next morning housekeeping barges in without notice or knocking.

Price and location were good for my visit purposes.

The toilets clog majority of the time. I stay here often and most visits the toilet will clog and the front desk usually never sends anyone or has a plunger (except the gentleman)

The gentleman that works the front desk has a great attitude and is very friendly. I asked for a plunger and he could not find one but he made sure to send someone to help unclog the toilet.

The hair dryer was hanging out the wall in the bathroom. The water temperature was luke warm at best, and the water pressure was not there, in the shower, and it would have taken an hour and a half to fill the jet tub to a proper level for use, and I really wanted to give it a try, it looked inviting, but after 30 minutes of trying to fill the jet tub, and only having under 3 inches of tepid water I gave up in disappointment. The indoor pool not open was disappointing. The only ice machine working was on the 1st floor. According to an encountered guest in the elevator, that was on the 6th floor like ourselves, she mentioned she had taken the stairs down to the 3rd floor no ice on each level, she was told floor 7 had ice, but she said the ice there had contaminants. She was right about the 1st floor ice machine, that info saved me from that further aggravation. I'm not sure how I feel about the bagged breakfast on the front counter, my mind is still reeling on that, am I back in grade school or what? Another guest mentioned that the week prior the lobby elevator was shaky and concerning, he thought someone had gotten stuck in it.

The hotel overall felt comfortable, the room was clean. We felt no issues with the elevators. My reservation through Booking.com was good. The Wi-Fi was great. Being a 7 story building the views were elevated, looking over the store shops, restaurants, and traffic. The coffee was good.

I had to go down stairs twice because of tv issues. The person working at the desk did come and fix the problem. I had to go downstairs twice because my cards were swiped but I couldn’t get into the room. I was bothered by both of these incidents because I should not have to have gone back and forth. it did not help that the phones did not work in my room.

Coffee pot and ice bucket both thing be that you eat and both kept in the bathroom. Blood spots on lamp shade li kk e junkys shooting up. Smoke alarm no batteries. Plus both trips we ask for hot tub and didn't get. We would like to know what aroom with hot tub is like

The breakfast, the water was not hot enough, the receptionist was coughing(kind of made me nervous), and the snack and ice machine was not working on my floor.

The room was nice it took a while for the water to warm up. We did not do breakfast because of it being in a brown bag. I felt that was more when you packing a lunch for a school trip when I was a child.

The main reason for booking this room was price and the indoor pool. The in door pool room was extremely cold and the water must have been 50 degrees. Breakfast was bagged up with cold biscuits and no where to heat them. The fitness room was locked and the room key didn’t open the door. Walls are paper thin and the other tenants were loud in the hallways.

The front desk guy was nice. The room was clean and the sheets were nice and tight with turn down service.

Elevators have a horrible smell of decay. Bathroom painted orange makes it impossible to put makeup on. Placement of hairdryer base on wall leaves cord hanging into the sink, no way to move it away from water. Sconce light on the wall was sideways. One painting in the room was falling off the wall, the other has splatter marks on it, not clean. Table leg was broken and hanging off the table. Recommend extra blankets, closet was empty.
