We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaRoom had an unpleasant smell and so did the bed. Furniture has seen better days and bathtub needs to be refinished. Did a little yoga on the floor and realized there were pebbles and small rocks, dirt, and what appear to be crumbs. It needed a good vacuumed.
Room is of a good size; hotel is conveniently located close to the freeway exit and near several restaurants. Breakfast is really a cold breakfast except for waffle machine and coffee.

I called front desk to let them know my bath tub wouldn't drain the water out guy said he would come check but never came I called multiple times throughout my stay and no one ever came. Carpet had a nasty sent I always come to hotels with carpet freshener and bleach just to be safe but I used all my carpet freshener tryna kill that smell.

United States of AmericaThe toilet wouldn't flush and it sounded like it was running. The water pressure in the shower was just a trickle of water. The beds were hard. The only good thing was the housekeeping did a good job considering it's an old hotel.

United States of AmericaThe room wasn't clean. The Sheets was not clean / it seem the maybe the sheets bedding wasn't change from last visited. The toilet had something red all over the seat and door knob had something black and red on it. I tried to get my money back but system was going to charge me 71.00 to cancel. Some of the furniture need to be replaced.

I asked for a first floor room and was told they were booked but I know that they had several empty first floor rooms with hardly anyone staying over and now I see why. The rooms were dirty, the bed clothing smelled bad, and the carpet was unclean. The lamp by the bed connected to the wall was barely hanging on, a big electrical risk! I would think a hotel that is owned by Wyndham would have a better grasp on their properties even if it is located in a rural area.

Couldnt even park because there was so much traffic going in and out of room right above us. Would not recommend staying here.
