It's an older Hyatt House Hotel, but it was clean and updated. I've stayed at many Hyatt Houses and this was nice for an older hotel.

I know it’s pet friendly, but I didn’t agree with having pets allowed while eating breakfast with others around. It was a lot of people around eating at that time and to have a big dog in the mist and barking wasn’t comfortable for a few people. It brought me frustration not to having a TV guide to help me through the channels that I was so used to seeing by the televisions.

- The breakfast was not appetizing but did have a variety. - There were never towels in the pool area. - Kids were unsupervised running wild in that area and causing issues for other guests. - The pull out bed couch was disgusting and not usable. - We did not get fresh towels or any housekeeping for the entire stay (3 days).

- I loved the layout of the room. The space was large and well kept. - Two elevators were a huge convenience for the busy weekend we were there. - I also enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. - The shampoo/conditioner/body wash was great.

The bar menu was limited, but it was after 9 on a Thursday.

The reception staff were awesome! Even commented on it being my birthday. Helped with direction, and made suggestions for where to find items i was looking for!

Bathroom lighting was really bright - a night light would make it perfect for a quick trip in the middle of the night.

The hotel was easy to get to and close to the event we were attending. Check-in was smooth. The whole hotel was clean and up to date. The room was more than I was expecting, definitely an A+ experience.

This is the 4th time we have stayed in two years. The breakfast is always cold. Butter wont even melt. You need a microwwave in the area.We always wind up taking it to the room and heating it. We have addressed this before but it was still the same this time. Also the outsiide fire is fabulous. It ran out of gas early evening. We asked at the desk Still on Sunday no fire?

No exhaust fan in the restroom and the bathroom door didn't lock.

i did report to the desk upon check out that the shower stall did need to be cleaned a bit better because it had a lot of pink mold growth on the grout.

breakfast was a solid, it was fine; loved the hot oatmeal. The room was great. Other than that, the room was excellent. DId not use all the kitchen nor the TV, but all else was fine.

The property was a bit out of the way and no real walking paths near by .

The pool was cold.

The room was clean and spacious. The 2 tv's in the room was good. The continental breakfast was good and adequate. The bathroom was large. The pool was cold but the kids enjoyed it.

used this hotel due to kitchen amenities and yet one burner was not working. There as mold in the walk in shower that clearly came off on a wash cloth so housekeeping had not done a through job after last visitor and for the cost of the room , these should not have been a factor.

bed was very comfortable, nice that they had additional blanket in closet. liked that their was a railing in the walk in shower,ample hangers in the closet, additional shelving in the closet yet ample room for suitcases.

I had to reserved the pool to use it. I didn’t think we still need jt to do that after the pandemic. a staff decided to escort me to the gym l, which I felt a bit uneasy about. I didn’t see the need for her to escort me to the gym when I had a key card to get in. no visitors allowed in the room.

The breakfast only had pork sausages. It would be nice if they offered a meat that was not pork.

The staff was really nice and accommodating. The rooms were awesome! I love the scheduled pool times as well.

Pool schedule. We had to reserve a time which was 10am they open the pool at 6 they said it was closed from 6-10 for cleaning. Got there at 10 still wasn't open when we finally got in the water was too cold to swim

The kitchen does not have entire utensils for prepare a light dinner. The stove is pathetically underpowered to even cook some simple pasta. It takes forever to boil the water. It was designed for cooking 1 person meal or for reheating. It would be nicer if the TV in the living room is bigger.

Very space two-bedroom suite with a very spacious living room and room for eating together. The bedrooms are equally spacious. The queen sofa bed was comfortable for two. Just the space we need.
