The bottom level was definitely crowded in the breakfast area. A room key is needed to access the elevator.

The location was excellent for our stay, shopping and in close proximity to the interstate. Noise level in the room was minimal and there was plenty of space for our family. The coffee and breakfast Items are very much appreciated.

Can’t think of a thing we didn’t like. Hotel was clean and well maintained, room was cleaned every day, every member of staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a view of the Sandia Mountains and a very lovely upscale outdoor mall is just across the street. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Breakfast was very substantial. A nice variety of cold and hot items I think that would satisfy every appetite. Coffee was outstanding. They can make some specialty coffees if you’re interested. All served in a very cozy dining area.

The bathroom was small and out dated. It was so dark and dreary. All the space was used in the room and the bathroom was just so small. The water from the sink looked like milk if you put it in a glass. But, the wet bar sink water was fine so we used it.

The breakfast was fantastic! When I saw breakfast included I thought it would be the usual display of a few sad, bruised fruit and dried out pastries or bagels... But no! Oatmeal, fruit,cereals, bagels, eggs, sausages,bacon etc. Was delightful. The staff, one gentleman in particular was super friendly and helpful. Also, loved the sweet little cat that frequents the parking lot.

At check-in, the manager behaved very unfriendly. He said my credit card did not work and suggested me to go to another hotel, although they were able to take a deposit from my card, and this sufficed for 1 night. This was after I traveled from Europe! Eventually I had to ask someone to pay for me. Next day, with another manager, everything was fine with my card. It is a shame how the behavior of just a single person spoils the impression from the whole hotel.

The full size beds were tiny and so uncomfortable it made it hard to sleep next to my husband.

It was right off the highway and convenient to restaurants. The continental breakfast was exceptional. The room was large and clean. We loved that the family room had a a pull out couch.
