The staff worked with us on all of our needs in a polite and timely manner. No staff encounter was Un polite, even over the phone days prior. Everyone was very helpful and nice. I will recommend this hotel to anyone. Oh! and the free breakfast was great! Tasty and displayed well!

only one elevator was causing long lines and extreme wait times. Most of the time we had to walk teh stairs. Breakfast room was cold and often crowded

Getting to the hotel late in the evening by public transport from Newark airport would have taken 2 hours, so we took an Uber from the airport. It cost ca 45 euros and my European Uber app worked. At breakfast, it was great that there were proper bowls, mugs and glasses, but I was wondering why the mugs for example were more or less out of sight under the counter? The bath room was a bit dated, but we understood that refurbishment work at the hotel was ongoing. We were not bothered by the construction work that we saw in the elevator for example.

The room was quite large and comfortable and a baby bed had been prepared as I had requested. There's a view of the Empire state building. It's easy to go to NYC by bus, it literally took only 20 minutes to go to the Port Authority where there's a subway station closeby (kids travel for free on the bus during the weekends). The breakfast was quite good, we just missed having pancakes or waffles. A big plus for fruit salad! The lady assisting us with the luggage in the morning was very friendly and helpful.

Bad first impression on arrival. Still waiting return of 50 dollars which the hotel took from my card as deposit on arrival, but I see they have taken payment of 5.99 which I presume is for the bottle of water in the room... they could have just deducted that from the 50 dollar deposit; I hope I am not waiting too long for return of that 50 dollars

Getting to Newark airport using the taxi service connected to the hotel was very expensive even though it's a shirt distance. It's better to use Lyft - half price and were very good

The only thing missing were fresh vegetables at breakfast. They had most everything else, even fruit. But veggies or salad were SORELY missing, and would have upgraded the breakfast to a healthy one, instead of only fried or sugary choices.

I liked pretty much everything at the hotel. Most especially the convenient bus #320 which takes only 15 minutes to Port Authority Terminal ! It comes every 10-15 minutes. Very convenient for visiting NY.

The room was spacious, the breakfast was good and location is very close to New York (actually 25 minutes on Bus 320 to Port Authorities) . Also, the shopping mall at Mill Creek Drive is less than 20 minutes walk from the hotel.

Rooms were not cleaned very well on a daily basis. Beds not very comfortable. Premises are a bit dated so could do with some overhauling.
