The room was spacious & clean with beautiful southwest decor. Red carpet treatment checking in with wine and snack. Common areas as well were gorgeous. Made to order breakfast was delicious!

When I asked at the desk if the Taos Pueblo was open, he didn't know, so we drove all the way up there to be turned away. I think a sign at the desk saying whether this important site was open would help!

We were very pleased with our stay at The Inn of the Governors. The food at Del Charro was great, the lobby and the pool very inviting. No complaints!

Tight room, hotel is spread out and had to walk through several parts of the hotel to get to our room, climbing stairs to get to room on the second floor (there was one elevator located in the lobby)

The walls were a little thin. We could hear the neighbor kids.

Having a full breakfast each day was wonderful. We also liked having the heated pool available. The best thing was the location of the hotel. We could walk everywhere in town within 10 minutes. This is a great hotel option.

Everything was amazing, we plan on returning very soon.

The breakfast every morning was fantastic. The staff was very friendly, polite and courteous. The location was perfect, walking distance to shops and churches for exploring 😁

There was no hand soap in the bathrooms, and when we asked the front desk for some, the lady said they didn't have any, just facial soap. Which I thought was kind of weird considering we all went through covid a couple of years ago. We had to buy our own soap to have in our bathroom.

Loved the rooms and bed, as well as the staff and the look of the hotel. The restaurant was delicious, too!

My Aunt & I stayed here for the first time for her birthday. The staff was amazing. I love this place & will definitely come back to this hotel. It's very comfortable & cozy.

This is the same thing I say in all my hotel reviews: there is never any information in the room any more. such as a list of nearby shops, restaurants well reviewed and priced, how to find a grocery or convenience store. Downtown Santa Fe is a Disneyland of galleries and gift shops and historic sites which great that's the point but if you have to buy a bandaid or a soda or shampoo or a glue stick (for example) good luck. Of course if you have a car no problem but walkers just know this. Not the fault of the hotel! but inside info would help.

The room was nice enough and on a rather charming outdoor veranda. The second night I had a bit of a problem and the manager and staff immediately sorted it and moved me to another room also nice, larger and with more light. Lobby receptions were generous in a historic kind of hacienda environment and liberal sherry and cookies, and chance to talk to other guests. Some workers had been there 30 and 40 years so that is a sign that it is a good place as well.

We love the coziness of Inn of the Governors, its great location, its afternoon tea and sherry, its breakfast, its rooms that are tastefully decorated in New Mexico décor, the parking, and most of all the staff!

Internet was very poor in our room. Restaurant food and drinks were extremely poor for a property of this caliber.

We liked everything about our trip, even the 4" of snow!

We had a great experience all the way around. Breakfast was an added bonus, very nice!
