There wasn't anything that I didn't like. My expectations were exceeded.

The room and service were as expected and pleasant at that. I'm most concerned with cleanliness, room smell, and quality of linen. All met expectations, and I was very comfortable.

When I walked into the room I thought I'm going to get bed bugs as the bed sheet was incredibly dirty with small blood stains and black crumbs all over them. But I didn't, yayyyy! I'm mainly giving a good review because the price was incredibly cheap (70$) compared to other places that day

old carpet, stained towels, noisy room, somewhat smelly, my room was literally on top of a night club (bad insulation of old windows let all the noise, conversation , and smell of cigarette smoke come through).

Waiting outside for the 100 deposit to post back on my cashapp after staying 5 nights. Customer service begins with the customers cash. I love waiting outside.

Several days of the inn on Folsom and total 600 bucks. Returning a 100 deposit shouldn't be a hardship

The room was decent, clean and somewhat secure. Had 3 friends and I booked for my birthday week.

As a 30 year resident of San Francisco, the Inn was a solid decent place even with the hotel owners and agents are a little overbearing and slow to return a deposit.

As a gay man, visiting a gay area, for a gay festival; I was most surprised to find that the bathroom situation was almost violent in its anti-bottom friendly orientation and disposition... rain showers Sound like a luxury... until you realize you're now being asked to bolt- in your shower shot from a 9 foot ceiling; IF you can reach it that is. I unfortunately... could not reach it and that complicated all other facets of my stay here Exponentially!

The room itself was very comfortable, if perhaps a bit small. *The staff* was really nice to me (which seemed just nice at the time). Looking back now, after all my other interactions with South Asian hoteliers in "The City" since then: I realize just how much a commodity that kindness might have been. Even with my extensive travels in India and my ease of interaction with the culture in their native part of the world, I've found others here (in the same profession) to be downright hateful and mean. Thankfully the situation at The Inn on Folsom was far from that! Really very good service overall and warm and accepting energy to boot! You just can't beat that; no, not even with a stick!

They didn't supply face towels or tissue in the room, which was a bit awkward. The single toilet stall was at the end of the hall, but the sink was in the room, which was odd as well.

The location was near the club events I was attending, that said, this isn't a good choice if you're looking for a quiet night. The showers were nice, so there's that.

Perhaps COVID had much to do with service but towel replacement and water glasses were missing but again it’s still the best deal to be in the heart of the city.

Excellent location to where i needed to be.I wasn’t sure if the facilities would be up to par for the price range but ended up to be pleasantly surprised.

The room was very dirty when we first walked in, debris on the floor, dirt smeared across the counters of the sink. No fresh towels to take a shower. The Inn was below a club/bar so music kept playing till 2 am, but there's also a club near by that doesn't stop bumping music till 4 am

Was next to a nightclub so very loud at night. Share bathroom for a whole floor (about 10 rooms), the room smelt bad, the room and walls were dirty, the shower doors did not lock

Like I said just didn't like the fact that none of the rooms had bathrooms or mini refrigerators or microwaves....a smart TV would be the cherry on the top of everything!

Loved the staff. They are very understanding and respectful. I have a lot of respect for them and I love how professionally they treat their guests. Nice, clean rooms, very polite staff, alright location, not too loud (thank God) 😅 ... My only 2 complaints are that I wish they'd have a few rooms that had bathrooms in them and maybe put mini hotel refrigerators and microwaves into the rooms.... Everything other than that was awesome! 👍☺️😁🌈

Front desk took 20 min to check in while not communicating, security guard banged on door and tried to make us pay twice

The club downstairs between 1 and 10 I'll give it a 6 on a good scale.

The manager is awesome...always a joy to deal with and very accommodating!!
