They always upgrade me to with the option of a higher floor or a junior suite. This time they put me on a higher floor. when i asked what about a junior suite on a lower floor they said it would be extra. i did not take it of course. Then when trying to book the room another night through IHG the agent through text blurted out a crazy price…. and i was like, “so it’s cheaper off a third party website. then she wrote, “ let me check the lowest we can go” she came back and said, “ we can do $$&@$) would you like me to take care of that booking now? So it was more that the booking.com price, so i booked my appt as an Elite member and they can’t ever match the rate of the 3rd party site.

intercontinental is my go to spot. Friendly staff, clean, classy, pool, hot tub.

Some of the bathroom amenities looked old like the hair dryer. Room looked like it was rushed being cleaned.

Parking is too expensive!!!! Menu of the bar is a bit light No amenities… For that price, it would have been great to have at leadt free bottle of water at the arrival

When we arrived we booked online and when we checked in, they were trying to charge us more money. The manger was super nice and made an exception for my group and gave u the price we booked with through a 3rd party which was 208 and not 243.00

While the staff was friendly all around, there are some weaknesses in the service at times. There have been instances where the breakfast order was not collected from the door knob and where the room was not cleaned after informing the reception that the room is ready to be cleaned. But it was cleaned nicely in the evening after I told them again. This is complaining on a high level. I think a hotel of this caliber should offer their guests a couple of water bottles in their rooms. Nothing is provided here.

I was here for 7 days in a Junior Suite, which had an incredible view at both the skyline and the ocean. Top to bottom windows all around the main room and the bathroom around the corner. All window sheers could be opened and closed electrically. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room had a lounge area, a desk and a large TV. Storage space was sufficient for one person, could be a bit tight for 2. I enjoyed the space in this room. I didn't use the breakfast downstairs, but rather used the room service. I would choose this hotel again.

russian doll with terrorist putin face was the worst thing I could imagine in the hotel. Would be great to remove those kind of things as putin Bin Laden or Hitler. This is gross

Room service is really expensive - 70 bucks in total incl tip for 2 pancakes and a coffee. Most expensive pancakes in my life lol.

Great view from 29th floor. Great onsite restaurant. My daughter loves pools so having an indoor pool and spa here is amazing. Didn't use it, but the gym looks amazing and has all the right equipment for a great workout. Location of the hotel is amazing. WONDERFUL staff. My daughter was a little antsy at check in so they provided her a little stuffed animal and coloring kit. AMAZING!!

Initially being assigned a lower floor instead of the anticipated upper floor.The exclusivity of upper floors being reserved for "ambassadors" left me curious.The hot tub was pleasant, but it was disappointing that the bar was on the first floor, missing a rooftop cocktail experience.The need for a paid 20Mbps Wi-Fi upgrade seemed questionable.

The room was notably spacious and comfortable.High-quality bathroom amenities with well-known soap brands.Outstanding service, including prompt replacement of a malfunctioning mini-fridge.The complimentary 5Mbps Wi-Fi connection was surprisingly speedy.

There was miscommunication regarding check out/check in as I had two reservations. This was eventually resolved, and it was the only issue that arose during the trip.

The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. The staff was very kind, and the location was great.
