눉Hotel disappointing and overpriced for what was on offer. One would expect more from Hilton branded hotel. Location excellent if flying from JFK. The air-condition system was very loud. I requested a change of room which we received however the air-condition system in that room was also very loud. We had to switch it off in the middle of the night.

눉The hotel is outdated. The rooms needs a referb, everything is brown and very worn. We had a king suite but I really wouldn't have paid the money for it if I knew it was like that, the photos look a lot different, they have obviously added a gradient on the photos or they were taken when it was new and fresh. The king suite had two completely separate rooms and no bath even though the description said it had a bath, the mini bar was empty which is very strange for a king suit and the Douvet was very thin. The room service food was not good. The hotel facilities say the pool is open all year round but when we got there it was closed, one staff said due to winter the other said due to being fixed; so I don't know if they even know what's going on. I was really disappointed because I booked the hotel for the swimming pool. At the end of the day it is what it is, a hotel airport which unfortunately means they can get away with charging a lot of no luxury at all.
눇The location is good as it's right near the airport so good for flying out of JFK. Many of the airports around here are the same standard so bit the best quality
