눉Jet luxury is a third party so if you needed something you had to contact them, not the Signature. We needed an extra blanket as there was only a thin one on the pull out. Not only would it cost to borrow one-- We couldn't contact housekeeping thru the Signature, we had to contact a third party that was off site and not back till the next day. Everything extra cost. I also had issues with a 2nd room booking and the hotel staff again couldn't fix it-- Signature staff was awesome but they had to contact Jet Luxury to try and find the 2nd room I had booked for the rest of my party. Had I realized all this previously I would of booked directly with Signature rather than a third party.

눉This property was managed by private people and the Grand MGM is not responsible for any service / maintenance / housekeeping. Hence any change to the booking or to request any service had to be done by the Jet Luxury staff who were not available most of the times.
