You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The motel was way out of town by itself only place to get something to eat with a McDonald's they had no transportation to and from the airport had to take a cab couldn't even get a cup of coffee until 6:00 a.m. in the morning I asked for change for a $5 bill in order to use the vending machines and was told they had no change

United States of AmericaThe desk clerk seemed like he didn't know what he was doing or anything about the rewards program. Building was a labyrinth maze and confusing to navigate. Seemingly mold or mildew in room., cracks and rusty in the shower wall and tub. No connection from lobby to room, having to go outside after check-in, to go in a side door to get to room. The sounds of vacuuming at 11:30pm! Beds were hard as bricks, and only two lumpy and uncomfortable pillows. The hotel room was not worth the price we paid! The "refundable" deposit takes a second to come off my card but was told could take a week to refund, we left no damage or trash to room

The room was ok there was rust on the walls the ceiling peeling carpet has seen better days I had to walk around with my Shoes cause of stuff in the carpet. The room had a smelled like someone was cooking spicy food. Couldn't take a shower didn't have hot water and the shower curtain was falling off the wall.
