The breakfast was a joke. All reheated food and not done well…dried out and tasteless. Constant construction…lobby was constantly dirty with construction people in and out. I tried to work from the room during the day and it was extremely loud. Also the bathtub overflow drain in our room was just a plastic pipe sticking out of the bathtub

Currently under construction in the main area, some of the trash bags were not empty in our room when we arrived, and they charged the 100 dollar deposit on the wrong card before they asked.

We stayed for the pool and hot tub, our main reason for choosing this hotel was a hot tub. Their pool was under renovation so we had to go across to their sister property. Pool was open at the sister hotel but there was no hot tub.

It was very clean and the breakfast was good with plenty of options.

Coffee machine didn’t work. There were drawings on the furniture from previous guests. There was a panel by the window that maintenance left didn’t get shut or screwed in all the way.

Room and bathroom were a nice size. Very clean. AC worked great!!!

They asked for a $100 payment for any damages and I was told that would be returned to me within 3 to 5 days after the visit. I still haven't received the money back. I called the hotel again and was now told up to 20 days, which seems like a ridiculous amount of time to get it back. I am still working on getting my money. I was also disappointed that the hot tub was removed. I did book this hotel based on reviews from people stating it was nice to have the hot tub, but was disappointed it was gone.

The beds seemed kind of small for King size, the pool water was oddly salty and there were no towels.

We had to move three times because of air conditioners not working. The a/c was extremely loud in room that was working. the last room had several lights not working in the bathroom.

Room had comfortable beds and staff was friendly and helpful.

There was only one person at the front desk and a line all the way to the door. It took too long to check in. They could have done a much better job of anticipating the need for shuttles. I wasn't able to take advantage of parking because the shuttle was full and another wasn't due for 30 minutes. Making this information available at check in and finding out who needed a shuttle and when would have resolved this.

I liked the ease of booking and check out. The room was clean and in good repair although it looked a little worn.

When I had booked the room, I requested in the comment section, that they make sure that there is soap and toothpaste in the room, because my previous experience left me without those things. Unfortunately when we got to the room, those exact things were missing. That is something that is standard in a hotel room and should have been checked before allowing guests, especially one who requested that, to enter the room.

I changed my booking because this one offered a hot tub next to the indoor pool but when we went to get in, the hot tub had be taken out. When I checked in, I was not aware that housekeeping only cleans IF requested the night before, so we had to clean our own room.

That I was over charged, and still havent recieved an email, or call back from the manager after several voice-mails & emails have been left and sent. Also the dresser in my room wouldn't stay closed, and that is a safety hazard. Especially for childeren.

The first night we stayed was rough. The fire alarms went off at 10:30PM which was a false alarm. And then around 2:30AM there was noise around our door that sounded like someone was trying to come in. We didn’t see anyone though. Then a few minutes after that, we got a phone call and no one was on the other end. The bed was really hard so needless to say we didn’t get much sleep.

The breakfast was good and well stocked. The staff was friendly upon check in and check out. The room was clean.
