Very low quality, rushed refurbishing job. The new wood floors make a lot of noise and do not even. Walls are very thin and noise travel very far. Sheets were put on the bed and properly top duvet was stained.

The shower in our room was completely broken so they happily moved us to another room which had a nicer and working shower. This room unfortunately the bed had blood stains, it was made very strangely, there was no quilt cover which showed the blood stains on the quilt and the top sheet was made over the quilt, which makes the point of a top sheet redundant.

The staff were very accommodating and the free breakfast was a nice surprise.

In needed a little maintenance the water was leaking and at night we could hear it so we decided to put a towel there to ease the noise of the water dripping , when we wokeup the towel was yellow from the the water…

•The guy in the front didn’t tend to our needs and wasn’t very help at all. Need to work on communication skills. • The room didn’t have every thing that was included. •Had to ask for clean towels, and room was never cleaned. •AC wasn’t working and it was very hot and they didn’t change it until our last day/night. •Bathroom had standing water in it.

Breakfast could have been better. They had bread, bagels, Raisin bread, toaster, microwave, variety of instant oatmeal, a varying selection of juice, coffee and hot water dispenser, two types of cereal (honey nut Cheerios and Front Loops), 2% and whole milk, creamer, butter and cream cheese. Now there was no butter or cream cheese for the breads until Wednesday. We arrived the previous Saturday afternoon and didn't have any butter or cream cheese for the bread items. Kind of hard to eat bread or bagel without butter, cream cheese, or jelly. The amount of items were very limited at times throughout the week. We ate a ruffly 7am every morning.

They could provide water late night. There was only a silly machine selling water and the machine stole my money and gave me a total of zero waters. Breakfast also could be way better if they had just cheap butter and or jelly to eat with the bread and bagels available.

Not a huge deal but we had to keep asking for new towels and trash was never taken from the room during our stay, and there weren’t dumpsters outside for trash other than small trash cans.

Super close to Disney + my 2 year old and I got to see hot air balloons pass by the hotel in the morning.

There was no hot water I even informed the front office and ot still was not fixed the bed everything you moved on it it sound like a gun going off from the metal box spring underneath

Everything was OK and the staff was always ready to help in a very professional and happy and king way. We would stay there again.

Good breakfast, excellent staff, free parking lot, free Wi-Fi, microwave oven, and complete kitchen inside the room which is very practical, there is a Walmart near the hotel, a CVS, restaurants. We booked one more day and they allowed us to stay in the same room.

Our air was set to 60 and you couldn't seem to change it/turn it off. Would have been fine but it was cold out anyways so kinda froze

Sign not lite up parking taken up shipping container and breakfast could have been better. Also $3 for a soda out out of the vending machine is over priced. Last but least the beds could have been made up more precisely.

Noisy kids outside from 9pm-11pm playing basketball there should be a curfew at the motel that no one is allowed to make any noise after 9PM they kept us up for along time especially being loud

It has very nice rooms and awesome walk in showers with very good heating
