Roaches in the room, fridge didn’t work, no microwave, took two days to get fresh towels after first night, no trash can in the room. Juice machine at breakfast didn’t work, outside doors propped open with a rock because the card device didn’t work. Would be nice if they would get it together, great location . Was very cheap for rooms, now we know why.

The room was very secure, nor clean lots of issues, patio door didn't have a lock had to use a bar to secure it, outlets that didn't work, almost an inch of space between floor and bottom of door, had a roach in tub, nothing like the pictures on the website. I stayed 4 nights and the second night my key card didn't work so I went to front desk to find a note saying they were assisting another guest but when she came back she ended up leaving the property to go get herself something to eat.

Dirty room, no toiletries or towels. We had to constantly go downstairs to the main office to ask for supplies because they didn't have any staff available to bring them to us. Some times the keycards would glitch out and not work on our doors.

I was staying at this hotel for a rock music festival down at the international speedway. The location for the price was fair at first. This was the only option left closest to the hotel. 1 mile away by foot.

Considering that my stay was post-hurricane Ian, the room was comfortable. I stay at this location whenever I am in this area.

My room was dirty sheets had hair on them There was maintenance 1st floor construction Pool down over half of stay opened last day New room had Nats or some type of flying insects Trash and dumpsters everywhere When I asked for some sort of discount off the 800 I was spending I was told no I could cancel for free it was the only thing I was offered 3 days before my stay

roaches & the gutted first floor… it was gutted to be remodeled after the 2 hurricanes

after having roaches in our room, we were moved to a another room in a different building… our stay was much better!

The place is outdated and rough around the edges. It's hard to judge when in the middle of almost complet repair restoration.

Well... we found the hotel had hurricane damage and the bottom floor was closed for repair. The grounds were also in rough shape. But the room, though outdated was clean and comfortable enough. The TV worked and the plumbing worked, though the tub drain was slow. But we were there for a race and it worked well enough.

Due to the fact of surviving two recent hurricanes, the complete 1st floor was closed off from flooding. Our second floor rooms looked and smelled ok but the bathroom drainage was very slow and the carpet around the bathroom and under the bed was always wet.

It was a place to stay considering they had just survived two hurricanes.They were doing the best they could working around the flood damage.

Dead bugs in the room. Boogers on the wall next to the bed. When I got here, the cops were here escorting someone out. Shady people hanging around outside their rooms.

The outlets didn't work so we got moved to another room and the refrigerator was not plugged in so took a while to warm up and it wasn't leaned and there were ashes in the ashtray still not very clean

Everything. The vending machines where more expensive than the airport, and it stole my money. The location, alot of things.

Not much. Was very disappointed. It said it was 5 mins from the beach walking. 0.5 miles. The beach was 6 miles away.
