    No refrigerator in my room, no hair shampoo or conditioner and I was charge an extra $70 dollars that still had not been refunded back to my card.i was on line to check in and front desk person didn’t have eye contact. Someone jumped in front of me in the line.

    The door to enter at handicapped parking was broken could not get in. Attendant said yes it is broken . The coffee pot in my room was unusable the plastic coffee grinds holder was too small to slide into maker. This same thing happened at another Laquita I stayed at on 15/501. The shower temperature maker was dislodged couldn’t distinguish cold and hot. Easily can be burnt . Breakfast was taken away at quarter to nine o’clock early should be nine o’clock on Friday. Carpet in hallway ruffled in spots I stayed three nights room never refreshed with towels and coffee fixings.

    I did not like the fact that Trivago and booking.com failed to send my reservation two different times. Now I get the very very fun task of trying to get a refund.

    For the price and the star rating of the hotel there aren't really any major complaints. The biggest issue I had was Trivago which sent me to booking.com. they failed to send my reservation to the hotel even though I have a confirmation number. When I called booking.com, the representative said she would resend it as well as email it directly to the hotel. This still did not happen. I would have to think long and hard before I considered using Trivago or booking.com again. It actually worked out better because the person at the front desk was able to offer me a military discount that was even cheaper than the rate I was quoted online.

    The beds were full not queen, making it difficult to be comfortable. there were few working plugs for phones and other needs. When we went down for breakfast. The lady was not prepared there was little food prepared, and when asked she seemed to take it personally.

    The property feels a little run down and in need of some paint. Our room 210 was a bit shabby and lacked certain features that are common even in budget hotels these days such as usb ports. Luckily we brought ours with us. The refrigerator in room 210 was noisy( needed defrosting) and right next to the bed head. The door of the fridge was hard to close. Also the room, though broom clean, needed a proper cleaning, several faint stains of dried liquid on floor and surfaces.

    The place was a good bit cheaper than nearby hotels. The bed was firm comfortable and clean.

    Smelled strong cigarette smoke all night long. We couldn’t tell if it was coming from the vents or what. I also remembered reading in the reviews that another guest experienced the same. The mattresses were very worn and bulky, large stains in the carpet, took my Clorox wipes out to wipe nightstand, headboard, desk, and all were dirty. The market area had only water in the cooler and not what was shown while booking. The lighting around the hotel was very dim and a lot of homeless people and squatters very close.

    Staff - Shuan was very polite, personable, and took care of all of our needs. Also, having security on the property was appreciated.

    Certainly in need of a remodel. Everything was old from the 90's. Room carpet was stained and did not look clean. Breakfast was not very good compared to other hotels. Entire property looked "tired"

    Checkin was quick. Parking was good.

    We paid for queen beds, but they were very small more like a full size bed. I also had to pay more once I tried to check out one day early my daily room rate went up.

    Bed was very uncomfortable. Window covering was filthy. Room smelled like vape and microwaved food. Lights didn't work. Refrigerator and microwave should be replaced.
