Not their fault, but there were a lot of homeless on the main road a block away. One homeless person walked in with a bucket to get ice, and it seemed totally fine with staff.

The carpet is so dirty We call receptionist for extra towels never answer We have to change our key twice because they stop working we were tired and go to fifth floor at night with kids and a lot of stuff and find out your key is not working again is so frustrating

Room smelled like someone had been smoking in it. A little musky as well like maybe it had been closed up for too long. After getting by the reception area (which is nice) you notice the rest of the building is beginning to show its age.

Our first room assigned to us was a problem. We could not get in the door. We went back to the desk to advise that we could not get into the room. We were advised that the door handle was wonky and to pull up on the door handle instead of the normal push down method. We returned and got in the room using the new method for the door handle.. After opening the door, it was obvious someone had been smoking in the room. We went back to the front desk and advised this was not acceptable to sleep in a smokey room. They immediately assigned us another room. We went to the new room and discovered the television was missing in the new room. We returned to the front desk and advised. They then got the manager involved. We were later given an upgraded room for all of our inconveniences. Ultimately, the property made good on the situation and compensated us for all the problems experienced. I feel badly for the employees that have to manage a property that is in need of some TLC from corporate.

The staff ultimately took care of us in the end after a few mishaps with previously assigned rooms. Breakfast was a good experience.

Property was run down. Side door card reader was broken, the elevator had graffiti scratched into the wall and trash on the floor.

Even though the hotel room was clean, it was outdated, with small details like the coffee maker being broken, and the TV volume not getting down, made it a little uncomfortable. In addition to that there was no Internet access

My room badly need to be brought into the 21st Century but was firmly stuck in the 1990's . This means there weren't any convenient charging points on the night stands!

Bed was saggy, carpet was visually dirty in the room and hallways. Our room had missing light bulbs and the shower didn't work properly. Lack of security.

It was very pricey considering. The Saturday afternoon front desk person would not allow an early check in which was frustrating. She made many parties wait in the lobby until exactly 3:00pm because there “weren’t any rooms available” and only started checking in people at 3:00 on the dot. She seems frustrated that so many were waiting, but that was a problem she created for herself. I know that rooms were available for those of us waiting, but she didn’t let us in even a half hour early, despite us asking. That was frustrating.

Location was a little further away from the things we wanted to do (Old Town and the Balloon Fiesta), but because of the festival, we took any room we could find despite the huge markup.

Tub was chipped and rusty where it was chipped. Shower rod was broken and didn't close correctly. Light in bathroom near tub had no bulb. Several cigarette burns throughout the room.
