You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We waited 30 min for the shuttle which never came but got a ride with another shuttle from another hotel, thanks to a lovely lady who drove us to our hotel.
The breakfast was ok, but would have liked more choice.

The shower drained slow, so had to shower quick or stand in ankle deep water. The cleaners did not visit and refresh room during my 2 day stay. There was no extra toilet tissue, no Kleenex, no lotion, and no extra towels provided in room. So having housekeeping visit daily would help. Also they ran out of forks at breakfast. Just makes it a bit challenging when eating waffles, but not a big deal
The staff was nice. The rooms look exactly like the picture. The rooms were clean, had a fridge, dove soap, shampoo/cond. mounted on wall, and 2 towel sets in restrooms. The rooms were well lit, and parking lot is well lit with surveille. Breakfast was good: waffles, eggs, sausage and muffins, etc. Great location near airport and Anne Arundel mall.

The TVs in the room could be updated it was kind of hit and miss the color on the screen was iffy and the remote was hard to work and the elevator was creepy made a noise was scared it was gona stop working could be updated also the lady at check in was kinda ehh she didn’t look happy didn’t even tell us how to get to the room or anything but it wasn’t a horrible stay
The room was clean bathroom was clean the guy at check out was extremely nice even acknowledged my kids nice size room beds were comfy I’d stay again it was reasonable for the price

Had hoped for a bag breakfast since we had an early flight, but was told that we would need to buy it from the canteen. Odd since breakfast was included in the rate. Typically when I ask, I am able to get a muffin, banana or yogurt in a bag.
Loved the proximity to the airport. The room was spacious and comfortable and thankfully quite quiet considering the air traffic overhead.

The elevator is a little slow. The smoke detector in room was removed. The tv remote is delayed.
Free breakfast. Cleanliness. Nice workers. Room was great size and loved the mirrors and sink area. Bed was comfy.

I had to switch rooms because the first room on the second floor had a broken temperature monitor. The second room (402) was a lot better, but there was no hot water at certain times in the evening that was horrible. I wanted to take a shower at around 7 PM and there was no hot water. What's up with that??
The room was fine, but the breakfast was the very best part of the stay.

Breakfast! The scrambled eggs were watery, no taste. Sausage was not fried enough. Plastic wear was not complete, forks were missing.
The breakfast kept me from giving you a 10 rating.

There were 3 fire alarms that went off three days in a row when I stayed there
I liked how clean it felt and looked, it was a bit older but the staff kept things clean. Breakfast was available and the coffee was very good compared to other hotels I have visited.

I travel a lot for business and have to accommodate my employees as well as myself. We work in this area a lot, and we would always stay at the higher end hotels because I am not a fan of budget hotels, I have had bad experiences. We ended up staying here several nights because the hotels that we usually stay at in this area were overly pricey that week. We now stay here at least several times a month, we have not yet had a bad experience, sure, there are issues with the key card at times, or, the fridge had left over drinks that weren't removed, however, these issues were and are very minute.

Door cards do not work. Often had to go back to front desk to re-key. One am shuttle driver did not want to take me to the train station at BWI. He suggested I catch the shuttle from BWI to the Amtrack station when other am drivers had previously dropped me there on several occasions.
