TV in room didn't work. Saw a couple of roaches in the room, but this is not unusual in this part of the world.

I didn’t like that there were too many pets Maybe limit the amount of pets Towards the end The pet owners were not picking up after themselves thier dogs Poop was everywhere Last thing you need is to walk outside and smell poop and see smudged on the sidewalk

Everything was pleasant, the bed comfortable, room very clean, people kind, breakfast great! I was impressed with the openness of the lobby, very inviting . The staff was easy to talk to, very helpful. The whole place was clean and well taken care of. Felt safe . Location was close to area restaurants and near the Gulf. The buffet breakfast had a variety of food and even sugar free syrup for the waffles. Real butter, too.!

This is one of the BEST hotel experiences I've ever had! It's quiet here, and the whole place smells amazing. Even the elevators. I loved that the elevators were so quick also. Check-in was so quick and effortless. The shower stays hot forever, and it's like standing in a rain shower. Even the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are impressive. I've never seen full-size bottles of toiletries in a hotel bathroom before. Every single employee I've encountered has been super friendly and helpful. It's such a nice place that my husband and I spent the whole evening in the lobby with some snacks and card games. They even gave us the remote to the big TV in the lobby so he could watch football while we played games. Their ice machines dispense CRUSHED ICE!! It's beautiful, clean and quiet here. The bed was a tad bit soft for me, but that's just personal preference. The room was large with a lot of space. We were here visiting our son for the holidays and he even came and spent the evening with us. I also like that it's smack in the middle of town and within walking distance of multiple stores and restaurants. It has been a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place and will return here in the future!

Normally hotels install nightlight outlets in the bathroom only. An LED nightlight outlet was installed across from the bed. I had to cover the outlet to be able to sleep

We did wish the curtains could be closed better as light was leaking around the edges. We had to just use our luggage to hold the edges of the curtains flatter against the wall. This worked well.

Everything was pretty much perfect. The place was much cleaner than I expected and the staff was more personable. I am not sure what type of bed was in the room, but it was so comfortable and was just as good as what we keep at home.
