We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

All together is okey , stairways carpet needs upgrading, elevator needed adjustment to stop vibration at stop( valve) , but main upgrade are the windows … kind of noisy at night , oh just remembered… I was able to hear rooms next to me until they slept. For the price I’ve paid it’s just Okey .

Breakfast was a plus. Scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausange, waffles, juice, cereal, bagels. Everything you need to start your day. Bananas would have been nice, but none that day. Parking was a breeze and the staff was wonderful Shout out to the smiling Diana!! She greeted us with the nicest smile. Happy New Year

United States of AmericaThe property was nice on the outside but the room on the inside was very small. Also, my sheets had stains on them so we had to call to get new ones. The rooms are supposed to be smoke-free but you could smell that somebody smoked in that room and also in the bathroom you can smell it that they tried to hide it in there.
I like that they had breakfast in the morning.

United States of AmericaThe rooms are very small. I also didn’t like how the bathroom door was a sliding door instead of a door that can lock the sink also was on the outside of the bathroom just kind of in the middle of everything else in the room so that was a little weird.
It was like 5 to 10 minutes distance from Knotts Berry Farm.

United States of AmericaThe room was nice till I tried to plug my cell phone into a plug by the bed, the plug cover was broken and just hanging there. the plug was loose in the socket. When we tried to turn on the television it did not work, I did not discover that the television had been unplugged till the next morning. I did report that the television was not working to the front desk that evening but no one showed up to check the television.
The facility was clean, the room was a nice size. the breakfast was very good and hot, I have been in some facilities that the food was lukewarm at best.

United States of AmericaThe coffee needs help. I was disappointed to see the spa all full of green mold 🤢. I would not get in it like that. Way in back outside the pet area is full of dog poop. A little cleaning up on some things would make a huge difference.
Over all the room was good, breakfast was as well. I enjoyed the opportunity to be able to purchase a soda or snack in the lobby.

United States of Americathe elevators didn’t work (wasn’t a fan of climbing 4 flights of steps with luggage), and unfortunately there isn’t a watch your step sign out the back entrance to the parking lot. this also resulted in us having to leave, due to my significant other sprained his ankle. the bathrooms were alright, but could use some minor fixes with the water pressure. building definitely could use some maintenance and improvements to ensure the safety.
this property was in a great part of town and the staff was super nice and helpful.
