The only complaint I have is that you can’t bbq at the hotel.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and a short walk to the beach!

They need change machines for the laundry. They serve Starbucks, but they don’t open until later in the morning.

My family and I were by the pool and had some belongings which included food and drinks on our table, and a gentleman who worked at the bar signed me out and said that I couldn’t have any of those items out and I needed to put them away. Mind you there was other people in tables with bags of McDonald’s and Whataburger bags, alcoholic beverages and chips. But he only addressed my out of all the people hanging out by the pool.

They were roaches everywhere.

There were cockroaches in the room, but I also saw them working on pest control. I hope this issue will not be there in future.

I loved my stay there. The stuff we're really friendly and the breakfast was awesome! They will make you omelettes based on your choice! Moreover they have a little Starbucks and dessert outlet in their lobby, and they have a little library where they keep free books for the hotel guests to take free if they like! Great view of the sea from poolside. Absolutely loved the location and the perks! I'll come back here again!

$35 for two chairs and umbrella is not OK, should be included in the room price. Bathroom especially was worn Elevators need some TLC as they are worn. Windows covered with sea spray so hard to see out.

Amazing location, right on the beach! Breakfast was excellent with free made to order omelets and many hot options. Room was spacious enough and beds comfortable.

I saw a cockorach in the room, and it was disgusting. I think the swimming pool could be cleaner, bigger, and updated.

I like how close it is to the beach, the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good.

You can tell the rooms were partially renovate but, somethings were still old like the closet and the bathtub)old and peeling off)

We did not like not being able to get more towels than what we had. We had four girls staying in a room, so we go through towels more frequently than other stayer would, and when we would ask for towels we either wouldn't get them or we would have to negotiate.

Me and the people I stayed with were very surprised with the room size and how clean it was. We really enjoyed the room and our balcony. Out balcony was used almost every sing day that we were there. We also really liked the security that was provided by the hotel!

the staff from the managers, front desk to the cleaning they were very accommodating. We were traveling with a four month old baby when we couldn't find a parking space, the building maintenance man gave us his. They were that good.

Balcony was on the smaller side. Pool seems like it has seen better days. The only did I did enjoy the pool I was told we could not have our own drinks(canned) and had to purchase food and drinks at barrys (hotel's bar &grill). I did not visit Barry's ( prices seemed lower than most places and food looked good in reviews) only because I didn't not like the fact they tried to force visitors to purchase solely at hotel. I had planned on having dinner there and instead ordered delivery. (D'pizza Joint always delicious). The mini fridge in our room barely kept items cool.

Location was great. Staff was amazing super friendly on all levels. I rented ocean view with balcony. View was awesome. Heated pool was a plus since weather was on the cooler side. Breakfast (included) was delicious. Store inside was equipped with anything you'll need. Clayton's is to the right music could be heard from balcony personally I enjoyed and liked that you couldn't hear it from inside the room. Sea turtle Inc & Bird and nature center are right across the street. I recommend visiting both. Beds were on the firmer side and pillows were softer. Room was spacious with a microwave and mini fridge.

The hotel was dated, but that didn't affect our stay. The bar was out of nearly every tap beer they offered.

The location was great and the staff was friendly. Overall a great value for what we paid. Pool was so warm - even in February.

Some areas need some work like the pool which feels outdated or the breakfast buffet which is okay overall.

The rooms are massive. A regular double room with a sofa bed is really great for 6 people and being allowed to travel with your pets it's just wonderful. Also, the food at the hotel's rest/bar was really good. I remember not seeing this on the room description: there is a mini fridge in there!
