Our room was on the first floor only steps from the pool and beach. Beautiful sunrises and nice breakfast.

Price. We went during the collegiate cheer and dance championship and prices were way too high- over $400 per night was price gouging.

Oceanfront view room had a beautiful view, beds were comfortable, staff friendly, free breakfast was a good value.

Room was not ready for check in until 5:30 pm then the room I was given the toilet did not work and could not get it fixed until the next morning. Had to go across the street to use the restroom. When talking to the front desk attendant the woman was extremely rude and offered no help just said maintenance would not be there until next morning. Did not offer to move my room or give me a discount on first nite without a toilet.

The floors in the room were tile and with the hotel on the beach it made it impossible to keep the floors without sand everywhere. Some rugs beside the beds would’ve been great.

Housekeeping only clean my room one time in 11 days I had to ask for toilet paper towels and bedding and do it myself and I spent $1,800 to stay there I felt that was a little crazy and when I asked to have my room clean my bedding changed the room suite the housekeeping was extremely rude about it. I've stayed in the same brand hotels cranberry township Pennsylvania and and staff was incredibly nice and the hotel was cleaned daily.

Laundry wasn't working, had to waste a morning of my trip at a laundromat. Floors weren't clean, our feet were black within the first hour in the room. Hot tub was out of service.

The beds are very hard. Not comfortable at all. The pull out sofa was very hard to open and broken.

The suite rooms were spacious for our family of 7. The pool area was nice. Easy access to the beach.

The view, was ok . There was no way to walk my little dog. The room was clean, but a bit shabbily renovated. The employees were very nice and polite.

No safe although the website says there was one and we even to double check but when we got to our room our safe didn’t work so we called to get it fixed and were told none of the safes worked.

The only thing we really didn't like was the shower was extremely hard to turn on and the toilet handle kept coming unhooked and had to keep being fixed. Also the parking was not that good. There's not enough room for all vehicles of people staying. Thankfully we got a spot and never had to drive anywhere.

Beautiful room and very spacious perfect for our family. Very clean, staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was great minus the issue with the breaker turning off when both waffle makers were used at the same time. The pool was nice and the grounds were clean and were nice. We were walking distance to so many places that we didn't have to drive the whole stay. Publix, convince stores, shopping all right there.

We paid for 6 adults and were given a room with 2 queen beds and a small sofa bed. We had to buy an air mattress for one person to sleep on.

Outside is a little rough but don’t let it scare you away.

On the beach, room updated, clean, breakfast was a full hot breakfast, pool was clean & not busy. Many beach restaurants/bars on the beach & walkable from hotel. Location is great. Room was very quiet, had a family with small children and never heard them.

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Oceanfront Daytona Beach has recently undergone renovations, and while it's evident that everything was done on a budget, the result is pleasantly clean accommodations. Unfortunately, the pool is not heated, but the proximity to the beach allows for other enjoyable outdoor activities. Guests can start their day with a beautiful sunrise view. The breakfast offered is modest, but sufficient to fuel up for the day. The service is commendable, with friendly staff who are attentive to guests' needs. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option for a short stay, I recommend considering La Quinta Inn & Suites.

I didn't like night staff. He is high while communication. No patient to listen to guest as a front desk representative. When we greet him next morning , he replied with angry voice no greeting. Day staff are much better. They have front desk quality.
