You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

There was a lot of road noise. Even though we were close to 205 which I liked it would have been nice for them to build the hotel with more soundproof walls on the side that faces the freeway.
The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was great.

The airport transportation worked well, the room and bed were comfortable, and I slept well. I had the premade omelette for breakfast with coffee. I skipped the other typical foods such as cold cereal, white flour products, pancake machine, etc.

We stayed because we live 100 miles south of the airport and we would be able to park our car there (for a daily fee) while we were out of town. However, neither the transport to nor from the airport went smoothly. The hotel was fine, but I wouldn’t stay there again if we needed to leave the car there.

I wish the towels in the pool area where bigger.
How laid back and relaxing it is when traveling with Pets. The 24 hour pool and hot tub are nice. Also the breakfast was open 4am-10am. It was great.

Healthy options for breakfast?
Despite being near PDX, it was quiet (except for the snorer next door). The bed was super comfy as was the room. The breakfast was adequate but not very healthy. The staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was good.

On our third night the heating and cooling system malfunctioned. It kept producing heat and we all got too hot. We just opened the window and let the staff know when we checked out.
We had 5 people in a double queen suite and it was very comfortable. Probably the largest hotel room I have been in. The bathroom was also large. The pool and hot tub were 24 hours, which was really nice. The breakfast was good and a staff member was on top of keeping everything stocked.

Easy checkin. Appreciate that pets are allowed and it’s not a big deal. Laundry facilities were an unexpected bonus. Wish I had brought a swimsuit.

Due to the winter storm, I was unable to go back home when I arrived at the airport. For this reason, any available hotel was good enough for me. I was lucky to find this hotel. My flight arrived midnight, so 24 hours shuttle bus service was valuable. A shuttle bus also takes guests to nearby restaurant.

Only negative was the sleeper sofa mattress had some stains on it and were kinda gross but with lots of blankets and sheets to cover it, it was fine.
Great price for our weekend stay Pool and hot tub were clean Room was huge and comfortably slept a family of 5 Breakfast had something that everyone ate Loved the coffee/tea/hot cocoa stand in lobby Parking garage was really nice especially in the freezing weather Staff was very friendly and helpful We would stay here again!

Had some card key problems. Staff brought me a new key three times. The last time I found out that my phone cover magnet was erasing the card. Some plane noise durle to proximity to airport.
Good value especially when traveling with 2 cats. No pet fee. Good breakfast. Close to the highway. Easy to locate.
