The breakfast could have been more varied and provided the same quality late in the service as it did early in the service. It would have been nice to have both rooms at least on the same floor.

The rooms were big and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and functional. The hallways and public areas were clean. The front desk personnel were very nice and helpful.

The limited breakfast collection, the washing machine and tumble dryers that do not work efficiently. The fact that I am still waiting on my refundable deposit-

We would love to have some covered parking for the vehicles. Have some directional arrows on the ground in the front entrance for safety purposes. More seasonal selections of breakfast to go with the winter holidays. Like eggnog, holiday themed teas/coffees.

The breakfast selections of cold cereal varieties or hot meal of waffles, eggs, sausage was great, with the addition of yogurt, fresh fruit, juices, coffee and teas. The beds, bathroom, refrigerator and microwave very convenient and room temperature was comfortable. The pet friendly amenities are always a must when we travel, thanks for being a pet friendly hotel.

We had a double room with living room/ kitchen and bedroom. It was really hot in living room but it’s was 3am when we checked in so we went straight to bed the bedroom air was cool. Even after turning living room air down before going to sleep it was still hot in there when I got up. I went to the desk and told the lady and she said she would get maintenance up to look at it but never did. When my husband went down there and told her 6 hours later she immediately switched our room

The room was very comfortable. Just was comfortable around staff at the facility the whole time we were there. Spent most of time in room to rest Ms relax. Avoided contact with staff.

Facility was nice and clean. Staff wasn’t very friendly didn’t feel comfortable or welcomed there. The only friendly person was clerk that checked us in. Stayed there for four nights. Very negative vibes whole time we were there. Never came to lobby for breakfast or anything. Only to enter and exit the facility. Even housekeeper gave off negative vibes to us. I would never stay at that site again. Have stayed at other one and never had problems like this before.

It was dirty, they did not vacuum the floors, the tv didn’t work, the charging port next to the bed didn’t work, the breakfast was very skimpy. Typical powdered eggs, sausage, biscuits, toast and like a plate of bagels. One waffle maker. The front desk staff was very unprofessional. Was not greeted with a smile or positive attitude. The staff was talking crap about another staff member right in front me. All around. It did the job for one night.

Honestly the only thing that was acceptable was the bed and the pillows.

Pillows were soggy and too soft. TV was EXTREMELY OUTDATED and was on its way out. Horrible picture quality. Lines at top of LCD; indicative of TV about to crap out. Little to no hygiene products supplied. One dinky bar of soap.

Bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was large and clean. King Deluxe Room was a good size. Internet worked surprisingly well. Especially with my Roku.

What I didn’t like, was the appliances in the room was very outdated some didn’t work they had visible rust on It didn’t match other rooms. One of the rooms are rented had a musty smell to it.

we requested rooms next to one another, but one of the rooms was dirty and had not been cleaned. because the guest staying in the yet to be cleaned room was arriving late at ngoht we had to settle for rooms far away from each other

location was close to our event. the staff was helpful and was able to get a package that was misdelivered to us at the holiday inn nextdoor.

The internet did not work on the first day of my stay, but later on worked well. The hot water provided at breakfast was rather warm than hot.

The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and exactly as I expected. All room facilities worked well. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. It was a peaceful stay.
